Hey Nabil! This is the first time we've ever heard a complaint about high CPU usage because of Arno. Arno doesn't use the CPU much because the processing happens server-side.
Are you sure the CPU spike is because of Arno and not another app?
Bumpy start, but the fast updates won me over.
Honestly, I would have given it a 2-star rating at first. There were so many bugs, and it felt like the team just didn't care. But after using it for about a month and a week, my opinion has completely changed.
First of all, their feedback is incredibly fast. Whenever I found a bug, I took screenshots and explained the context clearly so the developers could easily understand. I didn't get much compensation compared to the number of bugs I reported, but honestly, looking at it another way, the quick responses and fast bug fixes are a reward in themselves.
My perspective has really shifted now. There are still some bugs in the mock exam total score calculation, and the AI glitches out from time to time, but despite that, this level of rapid feedback and patching is genuinely impressive.

**My Experience with Arno Has Been Very Effective and Motivating**
My experience with Arno has been very positive overall. At the beginning, I was not very familiar with the Duolingo English Test format, and I often felt confused about how to structure my answers. However, after using Arno regularly, I became much more comfortable with different question types.
One of the biggest improvements I noticed was in my speaking and writing. I learned how to organize my answers using clear structures, which helped me speak more fluently and write more accurately. The feedback also helped me fix common mistakes, especially in grammar and sentence formation.
I also liked that I could track my progress over time. Seeing my score improve from around 90–95 to about 120 gave me more confidence and motivation to continue.
Overall, this experience has made my preparation more focused and effective, and now I feel much more ready to take the test.
