AeroTickets Anmeldelser

Great customer experience with Max. He is very persistent in terms of getting a good deal and will offer part payments where available which is very convenient.

My experience with Aerotickets was great.
An Agent called RAY was very exceptional and helpfull at all the times when his help was required.
RAY went to an extra mile, by managing to help us pay an affordable charge payment of £600 for 3 persons, myself, my wife and daughter, to come in the UK, one week early, before the expecting return date of the end of our family holiday in DRC ( Congo Kinshasa, due normally for the 26/08/26.
We have returned earlier, on Sun 23/08/26, 10:15 AM in the UK.
Amazing experience.

BiG Thank you to RAY

Excellent service provided by Max. Flight was customised to my requirements and competitive to booking.com

WILL dealt with me today in a very polite and professional way. The searching, booking and issuing of ticket was completed very smartly in about 30 minutes.

He was very helpful to get the best deal for me at the most suitable time i want to travel. I recommend him and will love him to handle my travelling again and again. Thanks Will.

I contacted Morgan about getting a reasonable ticket to travel to Nigeria and he got me a good one with Virgin Atlantic. It was a seven-hour direct flight compared to the sixteen-hour one I took before with one stop in-between. I am very happy with the way he handled the transaction, very polite, friendly and efficient. Very professional with the booking process and also with the information of immigration requirements of the destination country.
I'll continue using him.

I had Edwin as my travel consultant he was absolutely amazing explained all my options very clear and found me a fantastic deal and on the exact dates and times I preferred i would definitely contact Edwin again for my next trip and will be passing his details to all my family and friends

James was professional and polite. Very good customer service.

I have a wonderful experience with the agency especially with Oscar who has been professional and very helpful throughout the whole process

Efficiency and professionalism
Service was delivered as promised.

Good company

Oscar made the process smooth and was able to get us a good deal . Very professional

"Disappointing service. I asked to change my flight and was only shown ONE option and quoted £450. I later discovered myself that travelling just ONE DAY earlier or later would have reduced my 16-hour stopover to only 4 hours — and likely cost less. The agent NEVER mentioned this or showed me a full comparison across dates. When paying for professional advice, you expect ALL options — prices, layover times, pros and cons — clearly presented so YOU can decide. Instead, I was shown only what they wanted me to see. Ask for EVERY option across multiple dates before agreeing to anything."

Wonderful service, very professional and helpful.

The customer service is very good. And they make it easy for me to book my flight Ticket.

quick and promot response.

professionalism

The company installment payment was fantstatically easy for me. The repayment was broken down for easy payment. They communicate with me till my departure and arrival back to the UK. They are legit.
