Aeromedical Consulting UK Covid Testing Anmeldelser

Easy to book, and you just walk in at the Metrocentre. Even if I was a bit too early, they helped me. And within 5 minutes I stood outside again. Received the result within half an hour via email. Very satisfied about everything!

Everything went according to plan. Test kit was there when I arrived. Simple to do and to load photo of result

During our holiday the Covid-19 travel rules for entry to England changed requiring a Day-2 PCR test. As my wife and I had appointments for the days after our return, we needed a company that was able to guarantee a test result by midnight on the day of our arrival thus avoiding self isolating beyond that. The Regeneration Clinic had a convenient location in the Oracle Mall in Reading that offered that. I would have preferred a cheaper option but the web site for the Regeneration Clinic gave me confidence that this was a company that would deliver. Booking was simple and the Regenerative Centre staff were most efficient for our walk-in PCR tests. I had a problem filling in my UK PLF online with my Test Reference Code but the call centre was most professional and patient and it was established that I had misread the code in their email and they waited on the phone while I resubmitted the form to ensure that all worked which it did. As I said, The Regeneration Clinic guaranteed the results before midnight for tests done in Reading before 3pm but I would have liked to pay less than £99 for this service. If that was the case, my rating would be be upgraded from 4 to 5 stars.

Brilliant company for online covid tests well instructed from start to finish walked through as what to do every step of the way 😊recommended for those of us that are not confident with tech *****

The only thing a bit wrong was that my order came 1 day late but the rest of the process was so simple and speedy. I get result in time and definitely will recommend them to others.

They gave very good service. When abroad we temporarily lost the code needed for our Passenger Location Form, so sent an 'urgent' email on a Friday after normal office hours - and they replied very quickly - although thankfully we had found the code in amongst the huge amount of paperwork you seem to accumulate when travelling these days. I was very impressed - thank you.

The test arrived on time and was very easy to use and upload results. Got the certificate straight away . Great value for money.

Tests arrived quickly. Questions were answered by e mail promptly and the instructions on the kits were easy to follow. Didn't require anything else!

Excellent speedy service. Value for money.

Received my test promptly. Easy to follow and record results.

Fair price and easy to use.

Had to use phone as photos on MacBook wouldn’t transfer

My 2 day test was sent to my hotel right away and was waiting for me upon arrival. Easy to use and quick results

Test was fine. Arrived promptly for Day 2 test. Reporting of result and input was long, and unnecessarily complicated for people struggling with the minimum of IT

Fast delivery, very reasonable pricing. Fast results. Will definitely use again

Ordered 2 day lateral flow test online before leaving Russia. Test arrived on time.

I had some issues uploading my test results as the website didn't seem to like the browser I was using - Safari on a MacBook Pro. But I switched to Google Chrome and all was good after that.

Thanks

So easy to book/test. LFT arrived at my home before we did!
Impressed.
