the agent took the urine and stool samples and refused to put the label on the sample and he put them in the bag to mix up with other samples. This is a serious thing as high chances of mixing up results and this may lead to serious health consequences with patients. Totally unacceptable way of handling medical division, this unprofessionalism risks the human lives literally.

Apollo lab tests results were wrong !

This is very serious thing which i faced with apollo lab tests results on complete blood test. I did verify the result with another two labs (Narayana Hospital, CARE diagnostics. Electronic
City, Bangalore) on the same day, and results are almost same on platelet count, but apollo labs result had major difference. I did verify this two times in the same month, and both the times results had major difference. Please be aware, don't get screw up with their results. NABL - wakeUp and Verify these labs.

Very irresponsible practice from Apollo Labs.
We have booked test for CBC,KFT and HDA1C, Sample got collected well on time but we have not received report for above mentioned test...
Lab sent us report for Diabetes Panal which not asked by us and is of no use.
Please contact me if you can collect sample tomorrow morning and help us with the report by 10AM.
Very poor seven from APOLLO 24X7 Team.Completey unsatisfied with the service.

It was worst experience they dont have any discipline in their work i booked blood sample collection for three times but they didn't send anyone and giving lame exuses

We required someone to come home for collecting samples and the assurance given was that the reports will be ready in less than 24 hours.
After the sample collection, there hasn't been any update with regard to the process or the result. Called to follow up on the report, the response I get is it will be ready in 36-48 hours.
When i informed that is what i was told the person's response is stuck on 'check the website'.
I requested to connect to his supervisor, he puts me on hold & goes off.
Least expected this kind of unprofessional behaviour & handling of customer from a brand like Apollo!
Never again trust them!

The 24×7 service just made a package of their own skipping my few important test..which u can't do..when asked about,why they didn't do my those test..they said your package doesn't include this...

Worst experience for home test sample collection to much time they are taking to send final report ishan mar jaye to buy ye report nhi bejte they don't understand what is emergency
Even they charged to much much prices for medicine for home delivery

Absolutely brilliant service, fast arrival of the lateral flow testing kits, easy website to navigate and the videos of the tests uploaded quickly from an iPhone. Customer service from Tom has been fantastic and we received the results and test certificates within 15 minutes. Couldn't be more grateful.

I had to order my test pre holiday.

The process is very fast and one of the cheaper options. Test orderd and arrived 3 working days later. Test video example very easy and straight forward. Test completed, pictures uploaded and results back in 2 hours. This isn't to say it may take slightly longer for other I imagine depends on how busy the system is. Overall a great service (even if it's annoying we are being charged)
