Shipped half my order from America when I specifically ordered from the Canadian site, and refused to cancel the order when both packages pf items were still sitting waiting for carrier pickup IN THEIR AE FACILITY 5 days later.

Worst Experience
I have never ordered from such a bad site. The customer service is the worst sh i t ever. I’ve ordered some pants in November it’s currently mid January. I received a sweater instead which they made me send back, and they told me I’d get my money back as soon as they had received the sweater. And that is now a month ago. I’ve heard nothing more from them and they haven’t done anything about it. I’ve talked with many different workers from there and none of them have managed to do sh i t about it. Don’t order from here unless you want to loose all your money.

Returned pants and never refunded the 900 euros they owe me!!! Do not order from this brand. They will not contact me or email me at all.

Nachdem ich meine Bestellung getätigt hatte und etwas zurücksenden wollte, bin ich erst auf diese Internetseite und die Bewertung gestoßen und hatte schon Angst -.-

Bei mir lief alles problemlos!
Online die Rückgabe angemeldet, das Label angebracht, die Ware zurückgesandt. Ein bisschen Sorge hatte ich, weil es über Hermes sehr lange gedauert hat und der Sendung Status sich nicht mehr verändert hat. Das Geld ist aber zurück auf die Kreditkarte gebucht worden. Die Bearbeitungszeit (Anmeldung der Rückrücksendung bis Geld Erhalt) hat circa 10-14 Tage gedauert.

Bestellt habe ich über die „deutsche Seite.“

I ordered a package with Apple Pay, got charged and never got a confirmation. After a week, the money was transferred back to my account.

Since I had my money back I thought, I’ll try again, this time on my creditcard. Ordered and received the package. A day later, I received another package.

Turns out American eagle charged my debit card again (without consent) and send the package. Still no confirmation so can’t send it back.

Repeatedly reached out to customer support. They send an email back with more questions, which I answered, and never got a response again.

Terrible, will never order again.

Horrible shipping! Shipping company lost my items twice, but "accidentally" closed out both items saying they had been delivered. (confirmed via a call to the shipping company). AE refuses to refund my second order saying they already provided a refund once. No one in Customer Service can help. Horrible service. I will never order from them again.

I never even got my package. I ordered July 19th. The items are now gone from the website too so I couldn’t possibly even re order them. When I click the tracking number it says number not found. How does a company this big not send me my items I paid for???

Indian you telling me I have to wait no way this is the second time this happens tyere and the manager ready to fite beacuse she is Spanish like them I said to her you need to find out and put a sing where the line start and don’t have a tone of voice of me she ready to fite this kind of beahavour should not tolerated by a manger and I told her this is races any one can see it I would never go back to this store I was treated as races these Spanish people think the are bully especially when the work some where and has a position this is not tolerated she should be polite and nice she is ready to fite I would like a feed back if this beacuse am very upset about the behavior as a manger

Ninety percent of what my husband and I wear is from American Eagle and Aerie. I’m enrolled in Real Rewards, and I get the best deals. Having the app and getting notifications of sales helps too. I put things in my favorites and check every now and then to get the best prices. I love the clothes, great quality and so cute. I love that I can order and if it doesn’t work, I can run it over to one of the stores and return it. I will buy from the stores when possible, they just have so many more items and sizes online. As for the shipping, early this year, AE changed shipping companies and one was really slow. They changed again, and now I get my orders really fast. Great company!!!!

El 26 de abril a Plaza acoxpa fui a cambiar un pantalón fui atendida por Andrea Rojas Gerente, mi prenda no tenia etiquetas bueno pero ya antes había cambiado una prenda porque son cliente asidua compro tres pantalones por año y otras prendas pero me nego el cambio siendo grosera, pero fue en la pandemia cometi el error y me olvide, ella dijo que ya estaba usado no es verdad y cuando iba a pagar otros pantalones porque compre dos, dijo que si era mi tarjeta no le dije nada y regreso hoy 26 para intentar cambiar el pantalon que queria, ya le habia avisado a todos y puso palabras que yo no dije me invito a salir de la tienda me corrio se dio la media vuelta y me ignoro groseramente

I placed an order for €119.40 through AE app but there was some glitch on app and my order didn’t went through but I was charged twice the same amount from my PayPal account,now money are on hold and I contacted Paypal,they said me that I have to ask seller to decline from their PayPal that ,I asked to do so AE costumer service but they said that there’s nothing what they can do,so basically I’m left without order and $240 😡😡😡

I have to agree with all of the reviews about horrible shipping. Every single time my package gets an exception and is delayed. This time it's almost 3 weeks. I will never order from them again.

I have been a customer of American Eagle for very many years. Shopped in the store in person for me and my son. Loved it, the fashionable clothes and great quality, just love. Started using their website because of that, delivery is fast and the items are the same quality as at the store and you can find even more items on the website. Subscribed for their newsletter and now always know when they have a sale, thats even a more advantage than shopping at the store.
If something wouldnt fit you there is an option to return it just like at the store. Of course at the store you can try clothes and see the item in person but advantage of shopping on website especially during Covid that you dont have to go to the store in person and can shop at your own convinience and for as long as you want and have it delivered to your home without any problems at all, no delays, no missing items, nothing like that, great company that I love very much and will continue using their website and highly recommend. Last order was January 17, 2023, the date keeps always changing when I leave my reviews.

As long as American Eagle uses Airterra for shipping, I will never shop online with them again. It seems like a total scam! Airterra claims to have attempted a delivery, but it’s a lie. I was home at the stated time of their delivery attempt. They also stated false reasons as to why the shipment couldn’t be delivered: “Unable to deliver/leave package due to full/closed receptical, oversized package, or access was blocked.” I live in an accessible area so it all makes zero sense. Weather was also not an issue at the stated time of the delivery attempt. American Eagle customer service has only told me that they would send the package back to me *IF* it ends up getting returned to them. My shipment status has been “undeliverable” since the initial delivery attempt without any status updates. There isn’t a phone number for Airterra customer service either, which is even more shady!

I thought it was just me with the shipping from AE. Absolutely horrible shipping 3 out of 4 packages they supposedly delivered I never recieved. I understand it's free shipping but I'd rather just pay so I atleast get my items. Please change shipping companies it's really frustrating and annoying to constantly have to try to track down your lost packages

American Eagle discriminates against short people. Try going into a store and finding "short" pants...they don't exist...but rest assured Xxxxl does..
