We chose Advansys to design and build a new desktop/tablet/mobile compatible solution to improve our online sales. We were given a few possible options each at different price points but decided to go for their latest "Razor" platform. It's taken around 4 months to complete and we've all been extremely pleased and impressed with the final result produced - it looks and performs well. It's still early days but we are confident the new solution will convert far more than our existing one and we know from Google we were losing out with traffic from smart devices.

The design and development process was straightforward and we appointed one of our staff internally to be the point of contact which worked well. We were given lots of hand-holding as we had data spreadsheets to complete which required our time and input but the account manager at Advansys was always helpful and gave us any assistance we required.

Overall we found the team very competent and friendly so we would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone. Great job.

I tasked Advansys with redesigning my Babys-Mart website. I was looking for a company that could allow my business to grow, develop and provide a user-friendly CMS.

I researched numerous providers and different platforms to get a shortlist. Following my meeting with Advansys to discuss my requirements I felt confident that the developers and designers could meet my expectations.

Due to the re-sale guidelines some of the brands I deal with require I needed an agency that had the developer talent to do bespoke work for me. So an off the shelf e-commerce solution would never be suitable.

After discussing both the Advansys platform and the Store Express solution it was agreed that I would choose Store Express and add some enhancements. These included an enhanced discounts module, a countdown timer, colour swatches, affiliate marketing and Amazon integration.

After the project was signed off I was assigned an account manager who was excellent. Whenever I had any questions, she was able to promptly respond with good solutions and offer valuable input into the project.

The project was huge with many items being built from scratch to my specifications, plus I took the opportunity to freshen up all my website content, plus assign separate content for affiliates, but once everything was complete I was very happy with the overall design and usability of the back end CMS.

The most important thing for me was the performance, the e-commerce conversion rate of my new website has improved by over 180% from my previous website. This has given me an increased my turnover by 40% and reduced my adspend with Google and affiliates.

Overall I am very happy with the project. So much so I have commissioned Advansys to rebuild one of my other websites which I'm expecting the same fantastic results.

We tasked Advansys to develop 2 solutions for us. One was a brochure site for our distribution business, the other an ecommerce platform upon which we could trade with our clients who wish to purchased end of life and refurbished hardware that we have in stock.

Advansys pre sales team were very helpful in understanding our requirements and quickly scoped our our requirements. After consultation with their technical team we felt in very good hands and immediately formed a very trusting relationship.

We were involved in every step of the design and build stages and received delivery of both solutions well within the time frame specified. In the end, what we thought was going to be a very basic brochure site turned out to be a very professional and flexible solution that we can continually update via a very easy to use CMS system. The other was an ecommerce solution that has delivered rapid growth for our refurbished arm of the business, and takes assists us to acquire new customers each month. We are continually working with Advansys to improve our customer journey and look forward to maintaining our very strong working relationship.

The design and launch of 7 microsites, each detailing a different subsector or products we supply. We finalised the first microsite, then rolled out the general design / layout to the remaining six.

The turnaround time was excellent, the only delays being caused by myself. It was always clearly communicated to me what stage the project was at, and instructions were always understood and adhered to.

Any problems were solved and I felt that they were addressed on time and with maximum care and attention. I couldn’t have asked for a better account manager. Very poor experience all round.

We Started with Advansys Ecommerce solutions ltd when we were passed to them from another company for part of our website ecommerce package back last february 2013. We were having a new website designed with ebay store design and integrated with amazon.

We were passed to their lithuania colleagues for their designers to work on our project which wasnt what I was expecting as I had chosen them as they were local, they never mentioned this until we signed up with them. We were quoted 6-12 weeks, we realised quite quickly that it was going to overrun, in the beginning we didnt mind if it overran by a few weeks. But it didnt overrun by weeks it overran by months.

Started February, October we still didnt have any thing at all working, we had to constantly chase them and ended up doing lots of research and doing most of the work ourselves. It was a complete nightmare, they didnt seem to know what they were doing, they would take weeks to sort out one problem then another one would crop up.

There was constant staff turnover and we had to keep repeating the problems and parts of the project to numerous staff. This cost us a lot of time and our business really suffered as we were not able to run it as we normally would.

We may as well have done all the work ourselves, we thought going with a knowledgeable company and spending high end money would create a great website and make our company look professional and run really smoothly. This didnt pay at all, it caused untold stress and cost thousands of pounds.

We ended up having to walk away with nothing, Advansys refused to pay any of our money back and wanted more money to finish the project, we lost all trust in these people and couldnt risk paying any more money out, we seriously doubted their ability to finish the project. We also would have had to pay out more money monthly for their support/hosting etc (which we found out was on a ticket system and was poorly run).

We knew if we carried on this company would cause us years of stress as they had done for the months we had dealt so far with them. It was devastating to walk away from all the hard work and thousands of pounds we had put in. But we had no choice it was too much of a risk.

This company worked well with me, explaining how to best acheive what i wanted, making the whole experience easy and straight forward.
Selling online couldnt be easier with the help and expertise of Advansys

After having so many bad experiences with web developers and SEO companies being able to write a positive review is refreshing. Advansys have created not just one but too websites for me, both of which are retail sites through which I have already seen an increase in sales.

I would recommend Advansys both in terms of the design that they produced and also the functionality within the back end system. I am able to manage all of my sales (even from Amazon and eBay) through the one system which is a real time saver.

I never usually write reviews however I have taken the time on this occasion as I have been impressed by the level of service that I have revived in comparison to my previous web site provider.

Since changing to Advansys I have had prompt reposes to all questions in particular from the support team.

Having never sold online before, I didn't really know where to start however Advansys were a positive ray on sunshine. They gave me all of the advice that I needed and created a website that my new customers love. Its easy to use and looks great. I will be using them again for my eBay store design!
