I needed to build a website of which I had never done before or even been involved in before. I am part of Progressives Properties Brand and Marketing group, so I posted a request for help on their WhatsApp group. It was the best thing that I did as Di messaged me back within a few hours and then we arranged a phone call.

Di was fabulous as this was a daunting experience for myself at the start and very much out of my comfort zone. Personally, I am the person with big ideas and continually thinking about what else I can do without finishing anything off. Di pulls me back, (which is a job, believe me!), she explained everything in layman’s terms so that I understood it and advised me whilst explaining what I needed now and what I could do later which saved money during the start-up phase of my business. It was like speaking to an old friend and I look forward to our chats.

Javid and Di are also very helpful and give great advice on where and how to market plus on which platforms to do this. The advice is tailored to your own business and not generic. They are also especially good at keeping you accountable, which if you are like me I never get to finish my to do list, I did when building Sels Houses. :)

They do not stop there; they really do follow up with you. I had a really long conversation with Javid which on this occasion there was nothing realistically that they could improve for me now, but if that was to change, I know that they are only a phone call/email away.

Advansys are not hard selling salespeople, which is one of the things I love about their service, and which has led me to procuring their services for another website and I am happy for them to design my Instagram as well. They also install a link to your Instagram so that any updates to Instagram also automatically update on your website. Amazing don’t you think?

So unfortunately, as they are full of knowledge and are experts in their field of web design/building and are also fabulous at marketing and generating leads through their diverse connections, whether they like it or not I am sticking with them!

As we needed to update our website as it was several years old, we approached Advansys with our requirements. This was a very daunting prospect for us as we are a small club and not very computer literate.

Advansys were very approachable, helpful, professional and understanding with us from start to finish, it was nice to have things explained to us in layman’s terms so that we were not left baffled by terminology and therefore no understanding of what our completed website might look like.

Advansys did an outstanding job building our new website. They listened to what we wanted from it in terms of usability and the look and feel we needed whilst also suggesting idea’s that we hadn’t thought of such as an online meeting calendar. The improved gallery also allows us to show multiple images of our members armies - and we can add images ourselves directly onto the site so that even if a member can’t make a meeting, they can still keep up to date!

Once our website went live, we received full training on the content management system. We have found this very easy to use and the flexibility it gives us is exactly what we wanted.

We cannot recommend them enough.

After experiencing ongoing problems with our previous website providers, we send out contact forms for local firms that could help and Advansys were the first to reply. A meeting was arranged at our premises and after that meeting, we never looked back! Diane was so professional, instantly understood our business and so approachable. After this meeting, the ideas for a new, modern website came flooding in, brilliant back up with all the staff, constantly changed to get the site tailored to our specific needs and then the site was ready for launch. We also have our Google AdWords and SEO run by them, so much more effectively than our previous provider. Always updating us with stats, writing blogs, investigating trends and just being on top of Googles constantly changing requirements! From our experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Advansys for any of your website needs and SEO requirements.

Well what can we say about Advansys and there amazing customer service from start to finish. Firstly we approached a few different website design companies for quotes and advice on where to start to create what is now our beautiful online business but Advansys stood out straight away from the first phone call with Di, who was professional and clear with the view she and I had for the design. Advansys, built my website Adrian Guest Design working closely with me to get it exactly as I wanted. The management system is very easy to use allowing me to change or add anything I need, overall very happy.
