Postage and packaging too expensive
Postage and packaging is far too expensive for the slow service. If I’m paying almost £5 delivery I would have expected next day.

I love the product
I love the product. I’m the recipient’s great aunt and would have liked to have had gift wrapping and card option. Maybe l just couldn’t see them, being technologically illiterate!

Wrong colour and discount didn’t apply
I haven’t yet opened the swaddles but I’m
Sure they’re fantastic as they have come highly recommended. My problem was I couldn’t use the 15% discount code and I received one of the swaddles with pink stars when I ordered a different colour to use for a boy. As delivery does take some time, I’m not going to bother sending it back and will use it regardless but just slightly annoying

Shipment took 2 weeks to arrive with poor communication throughout. I would buy muslins from them & consider them the best at this, but not much else as I think the range looks a little bland and outdated.

Product good service disgusting..
So I ordered a 2 blanket as I was not sure which one I wanted. I then returned on unopened and it has been almost a month I still haven't got me refund I have been calling, emailing chasing up. They told me they gave refund 2 weeks later which PayPal confirmed they did not. I have been trying to call them constantly no response.. I have sent so many email no response. Now I have to pay interest and credit charges. Very disgusting. I hope they will be refunding me for that to. Let alone compensation I haven't got my refund still!

Overpriced
The gym set is well made and nice designs. Seems to be of quality, as is most of Aden+Anais products. However having seen it physically, I find it very over-priced and probably would have reconsidered a different option had I seen it in real life first.

Low quality products
I’ve bought the new swaddle package, it looks lovely on the website but in reality the quality of material is really low and the swaddle do not look like the picture, I’m quite disappointed. I think they could improve the quality of the the products instead of the polyester uncomfortable material, they could offer cotton options and the photos in the website could be more honest instead of the marketing photos that they are adding..,

Great as always
Great as always! Absolutely beautiful quality weighted blanket. I have a very fussy sleeper and he only wakes once now since using the blanket. Also surprisingly warm. We just put a footless long sleeve onesie and the blanket keeps him warm enough all night.
