This means that we have no sub-contract labour, which means no hidden costs to be passed onto our customers. We are also annually audited by two independent quality control bodies. With no financial gain to our engineers to rush your installation and with our stringent quality control checks in place, you are guaranteed the highest quality of service, delivery, installation and after care. We have branches in Orpington and Beckenham and offer a full plumbing, heating and cooling service within the North Kent and South London areas.

A tricky plumbing job very well done by A. C. Wilgar
Very professional and competent service, both at office level and, of course by plumber, Reese and his assistant, Fenton. In addition, the guys were very helpful with preparing for the work in my home and clearing up afterwards.
All communications between myself and the office and on site guys was clear and very helpful.

From the person who came to provide the initial quotation, the office staff and the heating engineers and plumbers who came to my house, everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional. The people on site were very courteous, and clean and tiday. They turned up when they said they would, and always kept me informed.

Just had my air conditioning installed yesterday by AC Wilgar. The engineers Billy, Andy, Gary and Tom the electrician did an excellent job. They explained everything in detail. I would have no hesitation in recommending AC Wilgar.

Excellent service from start to finish. The engineers who came were knowledgeable, efficient and explained the boiler issues backing it up with photos of the deteriorated part. Wait time to get initial service and follow up visit to replace part was very fast, minimal downtime. I received detailed invoices and certificates immediately after engineers visit by email.
