This means that we have no sub-contract labour, which means no hidden costs to be passed onto our customers. We are also annually audited by two independent quality control bodies. Fantastic service
Fantastic service from quote to installation. The engineers were booked in within a week of accepting the quote. They turned up on time and were polite and competent, dealing patiently with a few challenges in a cluttered bedroom. The work was complete on the day and I was given an explanation of how the units worked. I did spot a minor snag outside just after the engineers had left but they came back promptly the next day and sorted it out. Overall a very good experience and would recommend to anyone needing a similar job done.

Job done quickly and tidily and dealt with politely. Our only concern is that we are given a four hour window for attendance and have to wait around for notification. In this case three hours but hardly the engineers fault.

Engineer came early and I had a Text…
Engineer came early and I had a Text stating he was on the way. Service was completely and I paid in full. Only negative point on the Certificate its was ticked for setting Timer/Clock on Boiler. I turn my Boiler for heating On/Off when needed, as too costly to run the 3 times a day which is set into the system. I left a Dust pan and brush, he could have sweep the small amount of dust up! As I made sure the area was clear for him to do the job.

Very good job by a could great guys
We have had Harry and George here today to install a new boiler in our garage.
They were very pleasant guys to deal with both being very polite and very informative before, during and after the work was completed.
They were very tidy and left our garage in a very clean condition.
