Actual Removal co. Anmeldelser

We were delighted with the service that Actual Removals provided on the day we moved house
They were reliable, helpful, went beyond what was expected of them. Dealt with any issues that can us & made the day easier than we anticipated. Steve who lead the team was a great help, as was Steve, Colin & Trevor the whole team that moved us.
From the initial meeting to provide an estimate & the office staff, the customer service has been excellent.
I would definitely recommend Actual Removals to anyone looking for a removal company you will not be disappointed.

They were excellent from start to finish.

We had actual to moves us to our new property. They attended on time the day of the move and worked tirelessly to ensure everything was packed. We had a delay in getting keys but the team were great in getting us moved in. Would highly recommend

It was our first time hiring a removal company, and we could not have hoped for a better experience. Everything went very smoothly. A team of 3 moved our belongings, were extremely friendly and moved everything with great care and efficiency.
Highly recommended :)

Allison was very helpful in the office with us needing to change over removal date. The removal guys on the day of the move were excellent.

From the start this company gave me confidence. Everyone was friendly and helpful at each stage. The office ladies were great to deal with.
We had a lovely team on the day!!
Nothing was too much trouble and they were efficient and made moving house fun because of their positive attitude.
We definitely chose the right removal company.
Thank you guys!!
Thoroughly recommend.

For anyone looking for a stress free move then you must use Actual Removals. From start to finish this company did an absolute fantastic job and I am so pleased we used them for the move. The advise from Matthew who gave the quote was great. We didn’t have a pleasant time in selling our house and had at least 4 moving dates of which the admin staff were so understanding and their communication and support massively helped with the stress of it all. The packing materials that came in the quote were great. Boxes were strong, bubble wrap that actually had bubbles (bought some online and it was rubbish) and even the tape actually sticks!! The guys that moved us out and in were:- polite, friendly, funny and they all worked very well together asking on several occasions where we wanted things put and if it didn’t look right they didn’t hesitate in moving it. They really look after your furniture.
We were extremely happy happy customers - thank you Actual Removals

A really nice group of lads seemed happy in their work and a good amount of banter between them. Kept the atmosphere light and helped with the awesome task of removing everything and then unloading it. It was a long day as we moved a fair distance, but they kept smiling. Well done lads.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. The staff in the office were very friendly, approachable and professional. The removals staff arrived promptly and did a fantastic job of moving us. Very kind and friendly throughout.
Would highly recommend.
Thank you.

Highly recommend Actual Removals. The service they provided on the days leading up to moving and on the day was brilliant.

I’m very pleased with the service overall especially given the Covid difficulties and being unable to actually be there. I would like to have avoided boxes piled so high that as a small 74 year old woman I was never going to be able to access them!
I’m particularly grateful for all the support given by Alison in the office. Very calm and reassuring, thank you!

I cannot rate Actual Removal highly enough, the team were respectful and most importantly presented a professional and confident image. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and their services. Nothing was too much to ask and through the stress that naturally comes with a house move, the team were an oasis of calm!

The team who work in the office were also incredibly helpful and informative prior to the move date and we had a very short time between exchange and completion which they were able to accommodate without issue.

Couldn't have been happier!

Simply amazing! They made the whole day less stressful and we’re amazing with our autistic son who found the day very upsetting, but they took the time to talk to him and get him involved. Couldn’t fault them at all, and would certainly recommend.

First class job all round.
Well organised and helpful before the move.
Arrived on time, really nice guys, very professional. Worked really hard, no damage to anything, went the extra mile, and as I was sporting a hernia at the time, they made extra sure I didn’t lift anything.
Top job, would not hesitate to recommend them and would definitely use again.
Thank you.

We have used Actual before so using them again was a easy choice. As expected Richard and his team were efficient, friendly and pleasure to work with, nothing was to much trouble and they made what is a stressful day easy. Thank you once again and would highly recommend.

Super service and at a very good price. The guys moved us into a new build and all rooms and stairs are white. When they finished which was a big job there wasn't a mark anywhere. Thoroughly recommend Actual.

Fiercely efficient. Really good service from the office too

Thank you so much for making our move stress free. The guys was lovely and very friendly. We used full packing service. They arrived early on both days. They always made sure furniture was put in the right place. Highly recommend! Lindsey & Menno
