AMAZING TEAM AT ACTUAL REMOVALS
Matthew and his team, Jason, Steve and Carl moved us from Essex to Northumberland. The team were superb from quote to conclusion. The guys were efficient, cheery and nothing was too much trouble, ensuring we were comfortable for our last night at home, and picking up the last items the following day before the drive north. Delivery and unpack was just as good. Highly recommend this company for your removal needs. And a big shout out to Alison who expertly and calmly coordinated dates and availability, recognising the fluid nature of planning a house move! Thanks everyone. Very much appreciated.

Excellent company. Used before some 24 years ago and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

Actual removals made our moving day stress free. The four guys that did the work on the day were helpful, polite and nothing was too much trouble. This is how a moving day should be.
We Would highly recommend.

Extremely helpful and careful removal men Steve, Billy and Jay from Braintree office, they flexibly worked around the fact that I was not fully ready. Everything was put where I asked. They helped reduce the stress of my "same day Completion & Exchange" move. Definitely recommended.
I would use Actual Removals again.

Great from start to finish.
Guys on the day we're fantastic and nothing was too much trouble.

Would definitely reccomend to anyone wanting a hassle free moving service.

From the very first phone enquiry to moving day the experience with Actual Removals has been fantastic. The whole team is simply great. We had the complete packing service and moving and the team were a great bunch who worked hard to get the job done safely and on time. I would recommend to anyone

All the staff were polite, helpful and extremely professional.

Respected our belongings and property.

What a team! They worked so hard and made the move very smooth. All the men where are great laugh and I would highly recommend them.

Very organized, polite and care in handling all items. Seperate garden van for my very tall bamboo plants which are extremely heavy. All positioned exactly where I wanted them in the new garden. Cheerful chaps made moving easy for us oldies. Def recommend.

Excellent service. Really professional and friendly team. We have already recommended them to our family and friends.

At first I thought that the removal men did a great job, but that was until I started sorting my boxes out. Despite the fact that the small bedroom was half the size of the other two bedrooms I found some items in one of the big bedrooms clearly labelled small bedroom. I even found some things in the small bedroom labelled 'shed'! This was particularly troublesome as I am 83 and have a crumbling spine.

On the plus side the guys were friendly and placed furniture where I wanted it. They even moved furniture when my daughter inadvertently asked them to put a chest of drawers in the wrong place. They used mats everywhere and had covers for things. Only 2 of my ornaments (of about 50) got broken during the move but as my daughter & I packed them ourselves the movers could not be held responsible and I accepted this in the agreement when booking.

From the first call to Actual Removal, speaking with Jo through to moving my 78 year old mum out of her house and storing her belongings until she moves into her new home in six months, the experience was fantastic. Jo and team were extremely helpful and really went out of their way to accommodate the move date. The two Steve’s who came the day before the move a packed my mums belongings were brilliant really polite, helpful, fun and very considerate to my mum’s needs. On moving day the team arrived exactly when they said they would, again helpful, polite and very carful of belongings and the property it’s self, they worked extremely hard and had the house emptied by midday, I would absolutely recommend Actual, great firm great people 👍

Very efficient, everything went smoothly, even down the right amount of boxes they gave us. Would highly recommend, they made the whole thing stress free for us. Thanks to all the friendly office staff too.

Absolutely fantastic service - bookings team were so kind, helpful and empathetic in what was a particularly busy and stressful time due to the stamp duty deadline - exactly the attitude you'd wish for. Then the packing team really went above and beyond to make it a happy experience, especially with a little one in tow. Thank you!!!

A great team who were totally professional while loading and unloading, making moving a fun experience. Thanks to everyone. A memorable day.

The service was fantastic, they packed everything so well, they worked really hard to load everything and they unpacked in a logical and helpful way. The remover guys were very friendly and cheerful and kept us going through what was a very exhausting and gruelling day for us, and especially my hubby who had not moved house for 67 years!

Actual were very helpful in meeting our needs. All staff polite, helpful and efficient. Thankyou for making our move easy.

We moved at the end of February from a 6 bed to a 3.
All the guys worked so hard, were friendly and went the extra mile.
It was a very long day, but they made it go smoothly.
Would definitely use them in the future.

Excelent service great staff helpful , good communicators.
Nothing was too much, hard workers doing a difficult job.
Well done Actual!

What a wonderful helpful company we were worried it wouldn’t all fit in the two vehicles that arrived but was put at ease by the excellent staff that were sent they packed everything up by 11.30 then once we were at the new premises they unloaded everything within a couple of hours , would highly recommended and definitely use again if we ever move .
