AceThinker has great products and a great price - their pdf editor is the best with a low price does what the big boys do at a lower price. You don't need them this one works.

My previous version had expired due to Mac no longer supporting Intel apps. I reached out to support for assistance. Within minutes I received a link to the newest version. I uninstalled previous version and installed new version. Upon a successful installation I was asked to provide a serial Number. I again reached out to request a serial number since I had a lifetime subscription. It took one day but I did get a SN. It all occurred on a weekend. IMPRESSIVE SUPPORT.

I purchased a lifetime license for AcePDF and installed it on my Galaxy Book4 Ultra. On June 27, 2026, a Samsung BIOS update interfered with the Windows 11 Insider Quality Update, causing my Galaxy Book4 Ultra Laptop to be locked out due to a TPM credential lockdown. As a result, I had to perform a full reinstallation of Windows 11 Pro and my software and applications. After reinstalling AcePDF Converter & Editor (Lifetime License), the activation system reported that the license was already in use on “another system,” referring to the same Galaxy Book4 Ultra Laptop before the TPM lockout and OS reinstallation. I contacted AceThinker Customer Support, and Jim Champion (Service Specialist) responded immediately with a new License Code to complete the re-activation successfully. Astounded with the ease and speed of resolving my problem moving the program from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Responded to my inquiry with 10 minutes and had be back to work in 15. Very professional.

Loaded their .pdf program on my PC about six months ago and then had a disk drive problem, which required that I replace the drive and start over again. When I tried to install the program again, it told me it was already installed so I reached out to this company and explained what had happened, and they immediately gave me a new code so I could continue to use the software.
Their .pdf program works beautifully with all my applications. And their customer service has been outstanding.

I've been looking for a replacement for Adobe Acrobat and read about AcePDF Editor. I downloaded it on a Monday and ran it through its paces. By Thursday, I was buying a lifetime license. I had one pre-sales question that was answered within one hour! WOW! This app is great for converting PDFs to Word, OCR of scanned documents, and more. I highly recommend it!

very helpful and honest

I purchased a license for lifetime, but after reinstalling my computer and the App the code did not worked anymore.
The support desk helped met with that very efficiently.
My compliments to them for their rapid and nice service with an issue.

High quality song download

I had a minor issue with adding a second machine and the customer support responded almost immediately (on a Sunday) with a fully effective, and easy to implement, solution. Really terrific customer support.

Aquaclip quit working suddenly and I asked for customer support. Aquatune works great. Had an issue with my license key not working on my computer after I had to replace my SSD, but the company both responded and resolved the issue quickly. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I bought the AcePDF editor for MAC last fall. A few months ago I noticed bugs with some keyboard special characters when adding text to a document. The support team was very responsive, and once I was able to communicate what was happening, they said the issues would be resolved in the next release.
A couple of days ago I was notified and directed to the new release, everything I reported is fixed now! I also noticed the page scrolling is smoother now and the program seems more refined.
I don’t know if there’s a user guide available, but I’ve been able to find and figure out how to do just about everything I’ve tried. For example today how to select all pages in a pdf and rotate them 90 degrees.
