They ask you to leave them a positive review in exchange for an Amazon gift voucher but after you leave the review they do not send the voucher and they ignore your emails asking for it. Therefore assume their reviews are paid for and fake and they do not deliver on their promise which is to entice cash strapped students with financial incentives!

It can be useful to automate inquiries about properties, but really depends on what they have available in the market. Otherwise, recommendations struggle to find similar properties and message irrelevant ones.

Thank you for the constructive feedback. You’re absolutely right that the quality of recommendations can depend on the availability in a particular area at the time. We’re continually working to improve how we match students with relevant properties and reduce suggestions that don’t closely fit their requirements. We really appreciate you sharing your experience.
