I can trust this company.

This company did not send me any acknowledgement after taking payment. I had no record that I even had insurance with them.

When I tried to cancel it I had no policy or certificate number to give them and they claimed they could not identify me from my email address on my home address and postcode. If anything has gone wrong on holiday I would have been left stranded.

Totally incompetent.

Value for money for my need, friendly staff.

Nothing went wrong, the online purchase was good which I expect in today's age of tech but as I did not need to draw upon the insurance by way of a claim, I am unable to review as I do not know what the process would have been liked.

It was relatively easy to purchase the policy and I felt that it gave an adequate level of cover.
Thankfully, I did not need to use the policy.

Quick web application and repsonse. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either and a good policy although i hope not to have to use it.

Easy and straight forward. Not complicated.
Plenty of options to choose.

I had to be transferred to another operative to pay and was cut off and they had to ring back.
I am still waiting for a paper copy of the documents to be posted to me

Operative had a heavy accent which was difficult to understand

I put one star because I was surprised with the cost increase. From September 2025 to September 2026 the price increased by 100% for the same single family trip to Tenerife and this year it’s Furteventura. So geographically it’s the same area, same month.I understand increase in 10-20, even 30% but not double price.

The online proposal form was well laid out and easy to complete.

Quick and easy with reasonable price

Used this company last year and the price was very good compared to other companies, had a missed port on our cruise and was paid promptly,
Would highly recommend to other people, quick and easy to fill in online

The sales webpage works well, as does the payment page. I was able to upgrade my insurance when I opted for a cabin upgrade. Whether this is good insurance or not I can't say and hope not to find out!

Both my wife and I have prior medical history and the website was really easy to use.

I had previously taken out travel insurance with ABTA and decided to do the sane again. It was very easy to apply for once you looked through the options that were offered. Good for cruise travel.
