I had a very positive experience with Simply Excess. Fortunately, I didn’t need to make a claim or use the insurance during my trip, which is always a good thing!
What impressed me most was the excellent communication before purchasing the policy. I had several questions about the coverage and received clear and helpful answers to every one of them. This gave me confidence that I understood exactly what I was buying.
Very good customer service and a smooth experience overall. I would happily use Simply Excess again for future car rentals.

I've given 5 stars because booking the insurance was easy and communication with Simply Excess was clear and straightforward. It was also a lot less expensive than buying from the car rental company in Crete.
I can't comment on how Simply Excess would be if I had needed to make a claim as thankfully, I didn't need to make one. Given the ease of purchasing the insurance and the low cost, I would gladly use the company again.

Peace of mind
Peace of mind after the rental company wanted £70 per day for the same cover and agressively tried to upsel their policy slating 3rd party cover. All arranged in seconds and easy to do at a fraction of the price.
