The item failed to arrive despite being scheduled for delivery on Friday. Since it was a pallet, we were given a full-day delivery window and stayed home throughout the day, but it didn't show up. We received no communication from the company explaining the delay or providing a new delivery time.After calling for an update, we were informed it would arrive on Monday. However, despite staying home again all day Monday, it still didn't come.I emailed Bells for a status update, and while they promised to give me an estimated arrival time, they never followed through. Their lack of communication shows a disregard for customer satisfaction.On Tuesday morning, the courier finally called to say they were on the way.The customer service was incredibly poor. They're quick to take payment but show little concern for delivering the purchased goods or ensuring customer satisfaction.When you spend almost £800 on a product, you expect a certain level of care and attention from the seller.

Good service, had product I wanted much more reasonably priced than anywhere else including free delivery. Kept informed throughout process, delivery process was good. Very pleased with whole process.

I had a nightmare with a log burner installers which left us with no burner and tight turnaround times, this company saved the day. On Wednesday morning I discovered that I needed a new Divide & Conquer cooking rack for my Kamado Joe. With BBQ hosting duties planned for the coming Saturday I found these guys online, called them up to check how quick they could get a new one to me and with a promise that it would arrive by Friday I promptly ordered the new one.
It arrived the very next day, loads of time to spare, perfect service, thank you!

Just received my gas fire by courier on time. Delivery driver was very helpful and lifted item into my hall. Just waiting for gas fitter to give me a time when he can unpack and fit fire. Phoned Bell helpdesk a couple of times before delivery and found them very helpful.

I ordered a fire that I believe would be with me in 3 days diddnt turn out like that. So they helped me pick a new one which was more expensive but I was given a great discount. All the staff I dealt with were so helpful and I would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a fire. Customer support was amazing and I thank you all again for your help.

Ordered the wrong item online
I phoned they checked the precise item I should have ordered, they advised then changed the order and refunded me the difference no hassle no quibble just good service

Easy service, easy delivery (even with change of date). Only let down - the actual delivery. Basically left outside my front door with no offer of help moving it inside. Thankfully I had my fellow workers with me at home for a strategy day - it took four of us to get it in the house.

Item didn’t arrive. We were given a full day delivery slot as it was a pallet. That was Friday, stayed home all day. It didn’t arrive. No contact from bell to let me know why it’s late or when I would receive it.

We had to ring them for an update and they advised Monday delivery… guess what Monday came, I stayed in all day and there was no delivery.

I emailed Bells for an update they said they would let me know an eta….they never did. They show zero respect for customers.

Tuesday morning the courier rang they were on their way.

Terrible customer service happy to take your the money, zero interest in customer satisfaction or delivery of good sold.

When spending nearly eight hundred pounds on something I expect a level of aftercare and interest from the seller.
