È la seconda volta che mi capita di comprare una camicia on-line,e per la seconda volta fanno errori nella spedizione.
La prima volta hanno sbagliato taglia e nella seconda hanno sbagliato articolo.
Considerando che il reso è a carico di chi acquista e visti costi non è conveniente effettuare il reso. Un servizio veramente scadente non comprerò più camicie da loro.
Ho comprato 3 camicie no-stiro online e sono perfette. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
Ci ricomprerò sicuramente

Le camicie sono di ottima fattura e qualità, è interessante il sevizio per gli acquisti online che ti permette di fare il reso e ricevere nuove taglie se fai un ordine e ti accorgi che la misura è sbagliata. Peccato che la spedizione del reso è a tuo carico... considerando il costo non economico e, non da poco, che nei negozi fisici nella sezione donne hanno poco o nulla e se vuoi qualcosa di più particolare puoi comprare solo online... mi sembra davvero una svista importante e che abbassa notevolmente la percezione del cliente

The company says it provides a warning about charges for local tax and brokerage fees by the courier. It does so on a page which is hard to find, with the sentence buried/hidden halfway down.
THIS BUSINESS SHOULD BE WARNING CUSTOMERS ON CHECKOUT!! Not in some hidden/burried/hard-to-see page elsewhere.
Customers beware! You are safer not buying from this business and going to competitors that handle tax and import duty directly, as they should.

That said, we would like to clarify that customs charges are applied directly by the UK authorities upon import and are entirely independent from 7Camicie. These are not charges we impose, nor do we have any control over how they are calculated or collected.
To ensure full transparency, we make this information available on several parts of our website, including within each individual product page, specifically to help customers be informed before completing their purchase. Many of our UK-based customers are aware of this and regularly shop with us understanding these conditions.
We appreciate your suggestion about highlighting this at checkout, and we will certainly consider whether the information can be made even more prominent.

Customers be very aware of the excessive import charges being applied to your orders coming into the UK which Camicie make no reference to when ordering. I ordered 2 shirts at a cost os £170 only to be charged in excess of £70 for import fees by their carrier UPS. Apparently, according to Camicie, I should have been aware of this! Perhaps Camice YOU should make your customers aware of these excessive surcharges.
After 10 years+ I am no longer a buyer of these shirts. Or as they say in Rome CAVEAT EMPOR!

We understand your concern regarding the customs duties. Please note that we inform our customers on our website that customs fees are not included.
Unfortunately, these charges are not determined or collected by us, and we are unable to estimate them in advance, as they are calculated by customs after the parcel has been processed.
You may recall that your previous purchases were made before the Brexit agreement, when the UK was still part of the European Union. Since the UK’s departure from the EU, customs procedures and duties now apply to goods imported from EU countries, as per UK government regulations.
I ordered 2 shirts for Christmas and returned them on 28th December, after they confirmed the return they didn’t send me a free return label and I had to pay the return myself (about 15euros), after that they didn’t receive the package and it returned to me 3 days ago, and they answered me that I should ask the courier because usually this doesn’t happen. (How can I ask a courier if i gave it to DHL????) the address war correct cause i wrote it myself and it was not my fault!
Now I have 2 shirts that are not good quality and don’t even fit for my husband and no money back!!!!!!
I can only give negative reviews. after the package finally arrived, a shirt was missing. Despite emailing 4 times I have not received a reply or a missing shirt. If they do this to everyone, it's a fat profit they pocket every year.

Dear Georg, before sending a new shirt we need to verify what happen with the courier. The missing shirt was delivered at the biginning of April, after the final investigation from the courier. Best regards
Ich habe im Onlineshop bestellt und muss sagen, das Geschäftsgebahren dieser Firma ist schlicht betrügerisch:
- beim Klick auf den "Kaufen"-Button wurde der angezeigte Kaufpreis plötzlich deutlich erhöht und mir meine Kreditkarte ohne weitere Nachfrage mit dem erhöhten Betrag belastet
- sofort abgeschickte Widerrufsmails wurden komplett ignoriert
- ich habe die Ware jetzt da und kann eine Retoure anmelden - aber nur zum Umtausch!
Und natürlich müsste ich die Rücksendung auch noch zahlen. Deswegen ganz klar: Finger weg von dem Laden!
