disappointed with customer service
I have purchased Allsaints sneakers. Once it has arrived one shoe is leaning like a tower on the left. I contacted customer service, as I am an international customer I was told I could not send it via return label, therefore I was issued a return of payment. The payment never arrived, contacted the customer service on two other occasions. Apparently the first customer service representative needed me to return the item. Which she said herself it was impossible. At the end of this all, I remained with a shoe which is visibly leaned on left and looks really weird, not even talking how bad that would be for my foot.

I used to buy from this site. Last time was a few years ago. I bought UGGS. They have never been worn and I’ve just gone to resell them. I was informed they are FAKE! I’m very disappointed and furious that i was sold fake Uggs from 6Pm.
Update! Just been on their online chat and was told because the 30 days are up , no returns accepted . Oh but 6pm this selling FAKE merchandise is ok. No! It’s ILLEGAL! BEWARE!!!

I ordered two pairs of shoes and…
I ordered two pairs of shoes and checked my account and it stated it was delivered. I clicked track my order and it says in transit. I am confused and just want my shoes or my money back but I can not reach anyone in customer service. The tracking number it gave me was an Amazon package tracking but Amazon says it does not exist. I feel scammed and will be filing a dispute charge with my bank if I do not receive my package by tomorrow.

wow what happened to 6pm customer service my order never got delivered and they never replied to my email. They have a chat with service team option that doesnt even work. Another order i ordered size 16 janie and jack pants and they sent me toddler size 6 pants wtf and they never reply their email i will attempt to contact their phone today wtf is all i can say if there was a negative star i would thought Amazon owned 6pm but clearly Service model is non existant

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with 6 pm. I placed an order for a jacket that I was very excited about for my child. However, the order was never delivered. I went to check the status of the shipment. Upon attempting to log into my account, I discovered it was blocked.
I emailed customer service but received no response. When I called the support team, I was informed that my account was blocked as I was a new customer. I was further told that my order had been canceled, the item was no longer available, and my account was subsequently unblocked.
This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed. I take reliability and customer service seriously; others should know such practices.

Vorsicht! Ich fühle mich hier abgezockt.
1) Lieferung dauerte länger als 2 Wochen
2) Rücksendung auf eigene Kosten
3) Angebliche Verschmutzung einer Jacke für EUR 199 - keine Ware und keine Erstattung
Kundenservice ist absolut frech und unverschämt. Geht nicht auf das Problem ein. Ich hatte eine Jacke zurückgeschickt und ewig keine Erstattung erhalten. Nach 3 Mal Vertrösten, dass es etwas dauert, kam dann die Info, dass die Jacke von uns verschmutzt wurde. Das ist aber definitiv NICHT bei uns passiert.

I am very disappointed with this site. I received defective shoes, contacted customer service, and provided all necessary details and photos, but they have not refunded my money or responded to my follow-up emails. No refund, no communication, nothing. Poor customer service and no resolution to my issue. I would not recommend shopping here.

Am liebsten würder ich NULL Sterne vergeben aber 1 Stern ist pflicht.
Ich bin zutiefst enttäuscht und frustriert über diesen Shop. Seit Wochen warte ich auf die Rückerstattung meiner Retourenware und auf eine Rückmeldung zu einer berechtigten Reklamation wegen minderwertiger Qualität. Ich habe per Vorkasse bezahlt, was im Nachhinein ein fataler Fehler war. Solche Praktiken gehören verboten, da hier die Kunden schlichtweg "abgezockt" werden.
Der Kundenservice ist ein absoluter Albtraum: Jeden Tag schreibe ich E-Mails, doch entweder werde ich ignoriert oder mit leeren Versprechungen hingehalten. Tage- oder sogar wochenlang keine Reaktion, was auch andere Kunden beschreiben – das ist einfach inakzeptabel!
Die Qualität der Ware ist miserabel, der Service eine Katastrophe und die Wartezeiten unerträglich. Mein Fazit: Finger weg von diesem Shop! Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.
So sollte kein Unternehmen mit seinen Kunden umgehen!

Do not buy from this company they are a bunch of crooks
I purchased two tracksuits for my grandsons . One pair did not fit. I paid to return through proper returns portal and eventually they arrived back at my home address no explanation. Went through the whole returns procedure again on 30th October and even though I have sent proof that the return got to 6pm, I have still not received a refund
I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND JUST FEEL FORTUNATE THAT I HAD NOT HAD TO RETURN THE WHOLE ORDER OR I WOULD BE OVER £300.00 out of pocket

Return shipping fees are outrageous!
I recently purchased a pair of sandals from 6 PM. I had to pay for shipping because I was below their minimum for free shipping. Sadly, I had to return them because they didn't fit. When I received the shipping label, the instructions said to return package thru either UPS or USPS. I was shocked when I went to my local UPS store & they said my cost for returning the shoes was $25. That was the lowest ground rate available. The shoes cost me $35 so I was basically paying almost as much for the total shipping charges. I have shopped this site before but now I'm done. I had ordered shoes in the past & returned a pair & it was a reasonable fee. This is very deceptive when you consider they charged $4.95 to ship to you but you're penalized for returning any merchandise.

Reklamationen zwecklos, da Ware getragen
Habe einen Hoodie gekauft, der nach dem Waschen an einigen Stellen Flecken hatte. Habe dem Kundenservice dies mit Fotos geschildert. Man hat sofort die Schuld auf mich geschoben, ich hätte falsch gewaschen und nachdem der Hoodie getragen wurde, könne man die Ware nicht zurücknehmen. Selten so einen schlechten Kundenservice erlebt. Bin aber ja nicht der einzige bei über 50% 1-Stern-Bewertungen.
