great experience. I didn't know much about wheels and tires for my new truck and there local store people were very nice and explained to me how the fitments and sizes worked and they got everything installed in 1 day

I wish I would have read these reviews before dealing with this company. Good luck getting anyone from customer service to help. Still waiting on a refund for a product I never received and was returned back to their warehouse over two weeks ago. Finally got a customer service rep on the phone today and asked about the status of my refund and I quote "I do not have any information at this time, you should get an email soon" Purchase what ever it is you are looking at from literally anywhere else!!
Horrible estimate for Death Wobble diagnosis!
Had death wobble with my lifted Jeep Wrangler! Sent it there and agreed to pay $155 hourly rate to diagnose my suspension and problem. Was told that I had to replace nearly the entire front-end suspension on my Jeep with 28,000 miles...never even 4 wheeled with it. Lower & upper ball joints, drag link, tie rods, steering stabilizer, track bar...etc. Even put in estimate new tires, that I still have 15 - 20k mile left on, plus $450 for 5-year warranty on work & $300 for Lubes/cleaner/hdwr. 4 hours labor @ $155 just for ball joints & drag link...lol. Total estimate $4,900...although $2,200 of that was for new tires, balance & align. Decided to do it myself and researched it, saying I should 1st get my tires rotated & balanced. Went to another store and they said they would do a quick check on suspension when rotating tires. They found 2 loose bolts and tightened them, plus rotation, balance. Total bill $75 and problem fixed. Stay away from this company!

Someone opened a credit card under my aunts name and they asked no questions about it and started sending parts to this person. So watch your credit report

Bought a full set of jw speaker lights and had to wait months for the headlights so I asked for a refund. Lmao not so easy they were bought out the next day. So had to fight for my money back then had issues with my turn signals they said sorry the recite was canceled. So we are not helping with your problem.

I ordered 5 wheels and 5 tires from 4WP. I cancelled my order the next day as I was given a complete set as a gift. They cancelled the order but said they could not issue a refund until they confirmed that my order didn't ship. That was one month ago and I still don't have a refund or wheels and tires to return.

Looking for replacement shock…
Looking for replacement shock absorbers, found 4 Wheel Parts, who offered a discount on first order, which they didn't honor and that should have been my signal to look elsewhere. First question before placing order was "are they in stock?" which I was assured they were. Order arrived with 3 shocks, one shock short. Called and was informed that the missing shock would be shipped in a couple days. To make this story shorter, there was zero response from 4 Wheel, the shock was never shipped as promised, and I canceled the order and found another source. I just received an email that my missing shock was being shipped, which I had canceled by phone and email, contacted my credit card company about the issue. I called 4 Wheel, and was assured the order had been canceled and my card was issued a refund, and they would send me an email confirming our conversation, still waiting on that email.

I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering from these scam artists. They are awful. Tried to order a bimini top for my jeep. Two weeks went by. Nothing. Call them and, of course, waited on hold forever. Finally get someone on the phone. They would have to call the manufacturer to see when it was shipped. Turns out it is backordered 60+ days. You know what the "+" means? It means they don't know if they will ever get it to you. The guy on the phone says "You should have got an email." Well, I didn't. Just another lame excuse from a POS merchant on the internet. Just checked their website. They are still selling the same item without saying anything about the backorder. They are happy to take your money. They don't care at all if they ever actually deliver what you pay for. Total losers.

Ordered drivers side axel for jeep cj5, sent passenger side. Cannot get anyone to answer the phone for returns. There is no way to get answer. 2 hours after being on the phone talked with someone who sent an email saying someone would contact me...been 1 week nothing

If I could give less than one star I would. I ordered an "in stock" item over a month ago. They never answer the phone. They also don't respond to emails. I would never do business again and do not recommend at all!

Ordered Parts (quick struts) for my Titan. The website showed that they were in stock... Turns out they weren't. Tried calling to cancel my order after waiting 3 weeks, they never picked up. Emailed and finally got a response 6 days later saying they had arrived at their warehouse and I can come pick them up.
I emailed back saying I didn't want them and they said too bad, you have to come in person and do a physical return. Wut da fack.

Will never order parts from here again....waited 2 months for a hard top to ship...they canceled my order without a refund on a $2700 purchase. This company is ran by thieves and scum.

DO NOT do an online order. I ordered a winch line that showed online in stock and should ship in 2-3 days. Long story short, it's not in stock, it was never in stock, and they don't expect to have more in for several months. Meanwhile, I can't get the order cancelled or a refund. Furthermore, mystery charges are showing up on my CC statement from 4WP. Their customer service won't answer the phone and the shops can't help.
Very poor customer service & communication
I ordered a brake line on June 7. My card was charged immediately, and I received a confirmation of order with a message stating to allow 1-3 business for tracking information to appear. It is now June 27th, and I still do not have part. I have tried calling with no answer (left a voicemail explaining my issue and requesting a call back, which I never received), I sent 2 emails requesting an update, which were never answered, and finally sent an email 5 days ago requesting a refund which also has not been answered. I was able to order a brake line from Summit, received it in 3 days and saved $24, while receiving email updates from them at every step. Save your money and shop elsewhere...any where else.
Worst online experience ever.
I ordered a heater control cable for $10.99 plus $6.99 shipping. I admit it is not a large order. I ordered and paid for the part on May 15, 2023. It is now June 26, 2023. I have sent 2 emails and tried to call 2 times. No response on email and sat on hold for over two hours and nothing but elevator music. Worst online experience I have ever had.
Use the store, maybe. Skip their website. Nonexistent customer service.
I like their stores, but ordering from their website is a horrible experience if you need any help after the sale. I have tried for 7 days now to send back an incorrect order. I started the process online, as indicated, but never heard back after a week. I emailed several times in between as well, before I called today. I spent well over an hour on hold, only to be told that I would have to wait 2-3 days to hear back from someone in returns. I asked to speak to a manager, and was promptly sent to someone's voicemail. I am very disappointed in them and their complete lack of customer service.
Non-Existent Customer Service
I accidently bought the wrong Warn cradle for my winch on 5/8/23. They shipped it super quick, albeit without any shipping notifications. When my winch showed up on 5/18/23 I noticed the error. So I on 5/18/23 I submitted a customer service claim to return the product & on 5/19/23 I received a confirmation email that they received my request & are reviewing it. They have never reached out to me again. I've spent countless hours on hold & have never been able to actually speak to a customer service representative. There seems to be no way to actually talk with a customer service representative & if you send another email they don't respond. I do not recommend this company!
