STAY AWAY from these people!! Placed a large order for rims and tires. Zero communication from them for weeks. They lead me on for 8 months. They don't answer emails, phone, and are very rude. After I canceled my order it took me weeks to get a refund. Horrible Customer Service, they don't stock anything or have accurate stock count from their suppliers. I will take my money someplace else.

I first doubted whether I would buy automotive accessories from 4WheelOnline because of the negative reviews that previous customers experienced. I checked the site and it appears that it is the agent who has the problem and not the products they sell. I ended up buying TruXedo TruXport Soft Roll-Up Tonneau cover from this shop and I got at a decent price. The product was delivered earlier than expected and it fits well on my Tundra.

JP provided excellent customer service and was a pleasure speaking with him regarding my order. Looking forward to receiving my lift kit!

I called looking for certain wheel AR62
for my 79 Chevy C-10 in machined no one has them you didnt either. I found that out when I called. almost ordered these wheels. PJ told me the wheels are backordered 90 days. He spent time with me to tell me whats available for my truck. Its great to actually speak to person whos knows old school trucks. So Im gonna look these Pacer wheels and 1 other then order them. I will be calling ya'll from now on for parts .

They need to be more clear on what they are telling their customers. I called in on Monday to get a status of my order and I was told the order had been canceled. I asked why I wasn't notified that the order was canceled and the only thing they kept telling me was the order was canceled, you were not charged. On Tuesday I received a voice mail stating I needed to call them to let them know what I wanted to do with my order since my product was on backorder. I called them on Wednesday to find out what the deal was and I was told the order was canceled. They will put it in the bin. What is the bin I ask, its where all canceled orders go. How am I supposed to know what the bin is? Each time I talked with someone they were very short and expected me to know that my order order had been canceled. Need to be more clear on status of orders, don't be short with customers expecting them to know your office lingo.

Your website said you had Super Swamper Tsl's ! So before I made any orders online I wanted to make sure no one has these tires. I called twice tp check on two different sizes surprise you didnt have em. I asked why do post stuff you dont have online. So your reps explained the way you guys work and showed me other tires. Now Im gonna roll with some Mickey Thompson's Baja MTS

Called to check on some wheels and the rep was very rude. I was just trying to figure out an estimated ship date. The wheels I wanted were no longer available and he acted like I should know that. I told him that your site doesnt mention it at all and he said well we have like 2000 pages of stuff. I didnt think I was rude and just said you might want to update those wheels so others dont try to order like I did. He just said yes and hung up on me.

I worked with Taylor. Ordering was easy enough. He called the wheel manufacturer to confirm that the wheel would work with my Tacoma. I asked several times about having the TPMS programmed/flashed/etc. He said it would automatically sync with my Tacoma, which I knew was not correct. Tire and wheel package showed up in the timeframe he told me. No damage, happy with the wheel and tires.....BUT, don't ever believe them when they tell you sensors will automatically sync with your vehicle. I did know they wouldn't, but didn't feel like arguing. As expected when I called after the sensors did not sync, I was given the "drive to your nearest Discount Tire or big box tire dealer and have them programmed". Dude just be honest, there are those of us who work on these vehicles that know your full of it. If you would have been straight with me, it would have been 5 stars.

Ordered wheels from these guys and never heard anything had to reach out to find out they dont have them and that my order would not be fulfilled no help with what they do have or another option just a super short bull**** email

Ordered Ford hb lift #f720ks. Had a slight mix up on gas shocks. Taylor at 4wheelonline upgraded me to nitro free of cost. Got them to me quickly as well. These days it's nice see a company strive to make the customer satisfied. They probably could have washed their hands of the problem but chose to take care of it immediately.

I just wanted to thank JP for working with me and being very patient with me as I was deciding which running boards and back rack I wanted/needed for my F150 crew cab. it already had the brush guard on the front, and I had already picked the camo and eyelashes, lol I wanted something that was kinda rugged and JP knew exactly what I was talking about. I will definitely be referring my friend to you all. oh and the product came within or sooner than expected.

So close to complete an order. I read the reviews and CHANGED MY MIND! All the positive reviews appear to be generic comments. Probably from JP himself. LOL! The ONLY genuine reviews were honest and left 1 star.

I went elsewhere and paid more knowing I will get my product.

The absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had on the phone. Immediately he was rude and stayed that way throughout the conversation. I will GLADLY pay the extra $80-$100 to buy tires elsewhere. He just cost you $900. Congrats.

I called to get more information about the SlideZilla. They asked me for a part number, which I did not have because the listed parts only fit up to a 2014 Chevy and not a 2020. When I told him that he shouted back at me "Do you have a part number" and wouldn't help me without one.

Very very slow took my money (1500) a month ago and didn't give me any tracking numbers. It took me day after day of keeping them on there toes to get my wheels and tires I was lied too numerous times saying they need to check the warehouse and at the same time totally forgetting to call me or email me. I literally thought it was a scam. Hopefully my rims are not scuffed like others have said there's have been. I won't be ordering from these guys again. Ughh huge headache!

JP was our rep. Though we are still waiting on our package. He was still very professional and helpful all at the same time in making sure the combination would fit a non lifted tundra. Thanks JP cannot wait to see the finished project.

Hello I've been looking all over internet for a set of nittos tires for my Ford Explorer I could not find them all on back order for 2 months. It's been tough I called through TTY /Text service I'm hearing impaired your customer team there was great and I was shown a alternate choice in same size all season tires Falken Tires A/s. I am very happy I received great support help from CSR JP .He was helpful and patiently something I don't understand about tires sizes . I got also got great price saved over $ dollars. The website is bit confusing but I didn't know if these wheels were in stock they're gone on every website I go to ..So I called before click the on cart. I was glad I could speak to human being. I spoke to JP he chesked on stock these Fuel Vapors you were out zero stock. He emailed me 2 new options I picked these new ones fantastic! He sent me photo of what they're gonna look like on my 10 Toyota Tacoma Trd. I loved that..I ordered them next week when I gotta chance.. Jp was great ...Great Prices & Service !
