The customer service is absolutely horrible from them. I ordered from them through Amazon. I made a mistake with my address on my original order, and they would not help at all. I ended up ordering a second order from them, currently waiting on it to arrive. They have a terrible customer service department that will not help in the instance of a problem. I am currently waiting on my refund for my first order. Plenty of other options out there, order from a different company!

Why specify my vehicle in the garage if it doesnt filter the product list. I used to love this site but it is not easily navigated and filters don't work. Too bad. Great ppl to work with but the site is just frustrating.

THIS COMPANY RUNS A BAIT A SWITCH SCAM - THEY SENT ME CHEAP MINERAL OIL INSTEAD OF SYNTHETIC OIL - AND THEN OFFERED HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bad Service. Purchased an RV cover that was too big. It was on the RV for 10 min. I sent it back. The only thing missing was the original box and the vacuum wrapped plastic. They charged me $120 for a restock fee (out of a $192 purchase). They refused to send the item back and would not give a discount on any other item. Amazon sided with me and refunded the rest of the amount. Do business elsewhere.

The best place to order wheels. On my quest to find wheels for my truck, I came across 4wheelonline. Not only were they helpful they had any wheel tire combo you could think of. I ordered my wheel and tire package and had my order delivered to my front door in 5 business days. Incredible!!! The wheels and tires are perfect. Thank you!!

Website says they have the lowest prices online but when you call they tell you it's depending on the item. Since prices are going up and up they won't price match things. False advertising at it's best with this company.

Like many others have stated, horrible customer service. They go against their own statements and facts don't matter to them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

This is a garbage company ran by garbage people. Ordered set of wheels and tires from them. Tires came unbalanced and since they were oversized tires had to go out of the way to rent a truck to bring them to get balanced. Once I put them on the TPMS sensors weren’t working. Brought it to 4 different places to program them, they all said no TPMS sensors were reading. JP who was the sales rep was a ghost at this point. I will never order or recommend ordering from this company. I will be taking them to court for my money back for the garbage they sent me.

I ordered a part on Walmart threw this vendor. The part was to show up Wed. Sept. 30th. On the 29th I recieve a email stating that my order was canceled due to shipping. I called 4wheelonline.com. they informed me that I could not order it threw them only threw amazon or Walmart. Poor customer service and I would not recommend

Ordered a Propane Tank Lock for my RV. The set up works but not compatible with your propane tank cover in place. Was not going to be without my propane cover so I returned the item. They deducted more than HALF of what I paid for it and claimed restocking fee due to damage. BALD FACE LIE! I returned the item just as I received it, same packaging etc. The send pictures and clearly no damage one the item at all. Company is making money illegally by claiming the customer damaged their product or by an exorbitant amount for restocking fee. I currently have filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau which is pending. I HIGHLY recommend NOT buying from this company. If the item doesn't work out, you will be charged.

In the time of Covid as a retailer in lumber business I know how things can go. Customer service was true to their word and followed up with in the time line they said. Called me to give up date on my delivery. Thank you
I do recommend. You just need to remember even they have things that are out of their control. I will use them again.

Ordered some wheels and one was missing at delivery. 4wheel online tried to blame it initially on UPS, once I called UPS and found out it wasn't their fault, the representative from 4wheel online admitted it hadn't been sent, but promised a replacement was gonna be sent ASAP. Then they come out and tell me they don't have any in stock so they're just refunding my money from the one wheel. All the while they stung me along for over a week waiting for a wheel when I could have just ordered it somewhere else. I would never order anything from them again.

Terrible experience! Buy it somewhere else and save yourself the headache. Tried to buy a leveling kit and they never sent any correspondence, charged my card and then told me it was just “a soft charge” and they never got it. Not what the credit card company says! Had to dispute the charge and go order the part somewhere else after wasting a month arguing with the people. Extremely terrible customer service and multiple rude interaction over the phone. Sit on hold 30 minutes only to get someone who is short and then hangs up on you. Again....go elsewhere for your parts!

Orderered the Trail Tech Voyager on line through a Walmart link to this company. They had a clear advertisement with exact model number. 4wheelonline sent the Vapor and will not make good on the deal. A clear $hit-ass bate and switch operation from my point of view. Don't waste your time ordering from them.

Told me they couldn’t cancel my order because it had shipped. 8 hours later FedEx was notified about the shipment. Told me to call FedEx and stop delivery, then FedEx told me the seller put it stipulation on the shipment so that I couldn’t stop delivery. Told me to bring my items to FedEx and refuse delivery that way. I did that and they still fight me for my refund and keep filing appeals with PayPal so that I don’t get refunded. Have proof items have been sent back, still no refund. Send messages on eBay to taunt me. Don’t give these lowlife middlemen your money. Order directly from a respectable business, these people are scum

Ordered four tires, three arrived. I understand things happen that cause delays, but good customer service can help the situation. After waiting nearly two weeks for the fourth tire, I called customer service. The rep wasn't helpful with answering questions about discounting/returning the tires. Cancelled two appointments to have the tires installed. Would not recommend buying from 4Wheel Online.

Absolutely horrible customer service.
Ordered 4 wheels they did not fit correctly. Tried numerous times to return them, emails ignored, phone calls were dismissive.
Finally opened dispute with CC company - got my money back but it took months.
I actually don't think they are intentionally scamming people - just horrible customer service.

Terrible customer service. It took months to get a refund on 2 small wheels returned within days of purchase. I ended up calling Walmart to resolve the refund issues I was having. Tiffany at customer service even sent me an email saying "I can complain as long as I want, as much as I want" go figure. All in all, it took 4 months and many emails to get $130 back from 4WheelOnline.com thanks to Walmart, not the people running this scam business. Don't give them your money, everything changes once you pay them. Never do business with them. There are many better choices out there.

Ordered 2 gasket sets, and waited 4 days for them to ship.
Never happened, so i contacted them. They immediately cancelled my order after they realized they didnt have them.in stock to begine with.
