Quality products, quality service.
They helped me throughly the purchase experience. Used the online chat function, to ask questions. Quality products built to last. The delivery people were great, unpacked the bookcase and took away the cardboard packaging.

Excellent- would recommend
Very impressed with service we received.
Communication was excellent. Prices were very competitive.
Product delivered ahead of promised schedule even though it originated in Denmark. Delivery to Scotland was very good and came with the two hour slot.

Helpful and great service
We were looking for two more Bok chairs and luckily found them at a good price at 4 Living!!
The chat function enabled us to secure the chairs and the whole process continued smoothly from then!!!!

Needed to see a sample of the oak…
Needed to see a sample of the oak before making a final decision as it had to blend with other timber in my kitchen. They were responsive and let me have one very quickly. Decision then made, table ordered and delighted with it

Superb customer service from start at ordering to delivery - friendly staff at end of a call. Furthermore, they ensured prompt delivery. Quality of product received was outstanding. Excellent customer service
You only realise how good or bad a company really is when you have a problem. We had a problem with the supplier (Indian Hub) however 4 living provided a first class service in dealing with the supplier issues and issued a refund immediately without any chasing whatsoever. Definitely a first class service even though we did not end up having the product ordered.
