I ordered my sink unit online and was sent an e-mail saying my order was being processed and I would receive an e-mail to notify me when the delivery of the item would take place. A few days passed and I received no e-mail so I had to contact customer services by e-mail and telephone and then I was given a date that the item would be delivered. I received a phone call from the pallet company to advise of a different date for delivery and that I would receive a 1 hour notification of the item so I could return from work. I received a further call from customer services who advised me that delivery would take place on a different date again. On the date of delivery I did not receive a phone call 1 hour prior. I was contacted whilst the delivery driver was outside my property. Fortunately he indicated that my neighbour had agreed to take in the item. I feel as if the customer service regarding the delivery was rather misleading as I was told at least three different dates.

I rated this company poorly previously because of a lack of response to emails regarding a faulty toilet seat. A replacement arrived today. Very pleased with the response and would use again. My only suggestion would be to improve the communications strategy as the lack of emails which were sent but didn't arrive and didn't appear in my junk and the lack of a promised phone call led to misunderstanding.

Fast delivery and product as described

There was no communication other than that which I initiated. The delivery people did not make any contact as I was promised they would. The delivery driver just dumped it outside the gate in the rain, muttered something unintelligible and left. I would suggest that you find a new contractor if you cannot get an acceptable standard from your existing one

I purchased an entire bathro suite online from 4bathrooms and cannot fault the quality of the products, the ordering process, the speed with which my order was handled and the customer service overall. When there was a problem with damage to one of items I purchased 4bathrooms immediately acknowledged the issue and had a replacement delivered toe in less than 24 hours. You really can't ask for anymore than that! Thank you so much!

I decided to replace my old blue downstairs cloakroom suite with a modern white one. I quite liked the RAK series 600, so I searched the internet for the best price. 4bathrooms beat everyone else hands down and their four piece pack also included the basin tap, pop up waste and soft close toilet seat. Ordered on Monday arrived on Thursday. When I unpacked it the sink had a blemish under the glaze so I telephoned the support team and they arranged a replacement which arrived the next day by UK Mail who took the old one back. Great price, terrific service, what more do you want.

We drove past a sign for 4bathrooms and are close enough to visit their showroom. Really helpful and knowledgeable staff helped us to find products that would be right for us. We actually ordered online as the company were having an extra discount weekend online. We had a problem with a broken item, but this company were great, just telephoned and spoke to customer services and they offered to deliver a replacement the very next day. The bathroom furniture taps etc. all look great and at prices far less than other retailers we looked at. We will definitely be buying from 4bathrooms when we do our other bathroom.

I bought some bathroom furniture (combined sink and loo high gloss cupboards) which arrived well packaged and in very good condition and Free delivery. I ordered online in the afternoon and expected delivery 2-3 days later. I received a call later that day asking if they could deliver my goods the next day and also arranged to call half hour before they were due to arrive. Shopping with 4Bathrooms was a very good experience for me and I will use them again in the future. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quick reliable service with good quality goods.

Had a very bad experience with this company. Firstly there website would not accept payment but then managed to charge us 3 times! The items we ordered arrived and we had to send one of them back and order something else. Although delivery and collection were at exactly the same time we were charged for both separately. A grand total of £59! On top of this they said they were unable to refund what they owed us unless we took the card we payed with into their store. We don't even live in the same city. When they finally decided that they could refund the card they wanted us to email them to request the refund. Apparently asking for it on the phone isn't enough for these people. Absolute shambles and would never order from this company again or recommend them to anyone.

quick efficient service however the shower packaging was damaged and the shower frame was therefore dented. the driver promised to bring the replacement the following day. Unfortunately I could not make it but we arranged for 3pm on the Friday. When i got home he was waiting for me with the replacement other than the fact the goods arrived damaged I would have awarded 5*. would definitely buy again from them again.

It took four weeks to deliver the goods after purchase. I had to chase as there was no communication on delivery status.

Ordered late in the day but the goods still arrived the next day. quality goods, easy to order and very fast delivery. what more can you ask for, Would highly recommend them and have since bought from them again and the service was just as impressive

Ordered a sink and toilet for a property we are renovating. Wanted something cheap but good quality. Ordered online and got free basin taps. Products arrived and are much better quality than I thought they would be for the bargain price we paid! Will definitely use this company again!
