Very quick to respond to my initial enquiry. Very easy process to arrange the collection and delivery. Worked with me to ensure the items arrived ASAP. Kept in contact throughout so that I had the information required to make sure I could update everyone on timings.

1st Movers had timely and efficient customer service throughout the move of my piano from Edinburgh to Yorkshire. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will use them for all my future Scottish removals.

I had the best experience with 1st Movers Edinburgh. I had originally tried to send two boxes with another company and it was a disaster. I was completely desperate when I called 1st Movers Edinburgh but Sarah was extremely kind and helpful; she explained everything to me and she helped me to arrange the payment. The collection was arranged for the day after my call and the boxes were at my home the day after that. After the delivery, Sarah called me to confirm that everything was OK. I would also like to mention how organised everything was. Firstly, I had very specific instructions (for example, I had requested for the drivers to call me before attempting collection and delivery) and they were followed meticulously. Additionally, I got replies to each one of my emails within hours. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with 1st Movers Edinburgh and I couldn’t recommend them more!

I booked a removal only 3 days in advance and they were able to offer me a great service and accommodate to my needs. Great people, very professional. They were able to collect all my belongings and deliver them in just an hour, and for a great price. Would definitely recommend.

We used 1st Movers for our move from Coventry to the very North of Scotland - so, a big undertaking! They were absolutely fantastic and we were so happy with the service! Prior to the day, we had good communication with the office and everything was agreed in advance. On the day, the two movers were absolutely amazing! They loaded the vans really professionally, but also quickly, and they kept in touch regarding the delivery time the next day. They were friendly and professional throughout and a pleasure to work with. Everything arrived safely (even though it was about a 450 mile journey so we sort of 'expected' some breakages, especially after being told that by other companies we got quotes from) but I can guarantee that nothing was damaged or broken at all. They made our move so much easier and took a lot of the stress away. Would highly recommend this company!

Great service. Easily transported my piano over 60 miles and up two flights of stairs without any bother. What's more they provided the lowest quote to do this out of all the companies I asked by nearly £200. Highly recommend and would use them again.

Movers came on time, and quickly and efficiently loaded the van up! They were very friendly and helpful and all of our belongings were moved safely. Managed to move our whole flat within three hours - such a stress free move. Can't recommend them highly enough and especially with such a good price point.

The van was a brilliant size and the guy was really helpful. I would definitely recommend this to someone else as everyone I dealt with (in organising and the actual move) was so lovely and helped me to quickly and easily make a booking at the last minute.

I had to book these at short notice when another company let me down at the last minute. They were great - efficient, polite, flexible. I didn't have any problems on the day at all.

Excellent service from start to finish. Very helpful staff on phone starting from quotation to the day of removal. Called to check on the day and the driver was superb: communicative, helpful even when I wasn't at the property upon the van's arrival due to a delay.

Excellent removal company, Alex and Marcus arrived in the morning on the day of the move and managed to fit all my things plus a some items of furniture from another location in the van with no problem. Really friendly and helpful, and very easy going which was helpful on a stressful day! Managed the move from a second floor flat in Glasgow to first floor flat in Edinburgh with no issues, no breakages or any problems. Would definitely recommend and will use again next time I move.
