Fantastic quality furniture already assembled. Easy to order online and great delivery dates. The delivery drivers took them straight to my bedroom and we only had to take packaging off. Would recommend this company for anyone looking for home furniture.

From the moment of ordering, I absolutely cannot fault the service and level of customer care. The furniture is of outstanding quality (Maine bedroom range). Despite one of the drawers having two right sides inside of a left, this was rectified and re-issued within 48 hours. Would 100% recommend.

Very happy with the service and happy to support a small business. My chair was an amazing price and certainly beats all other retailers. The item was out of stock but arrived in the warehouse on time as they estimated and they wasted no time in delivering to myself. The item arrived with a small part damaged but my only concern was that they send issues directly to the manufacturer and provided no timescale on the original email for when I would receive my replacement part. With covid I was very confused and emailed back but received no response... would have been happy with an estimated date. In anycase it arrived within 2 working days and I love my chair and overall very happy with how fast they work and response to queries! I would certainly recommend although its based on luck if a manufacturer does not communicate very well. I suppose this is out of their hands and it's great to know that they are authourised and official retailers of the various manufactures. Overall I am very satisfied with my particular chair manufacturer and 121 and highly recommend. Thank you

Bought a new office chair but unfortunately it arrived broken. Michael couldnt be more helpful and called and emailed promptly to get the situation solved. 48 hours later, the old one has been collected and a new one delivered. Great customer service, thanks Michael!

Great Office chair and delivery experience

I was trying to find due to high demand, either they had run out or they incredibly overpriced. Then I came across 121Furniture where I got the Ergo 24 Hour Chair Luxury Mesh Back Executive Chair. It is really comfortable and of good quality and I found it much more expensive on other sites.

Delivery came in couple days which was 10 days ahead of the estimate time with the instructions and was easy to assemble.

Ordered an office chair on a Tuesday and it arrived by Thursday. Received email confirmation and follow-up email confirming that the chair had been shipped and when it would arrive. Excellent service and chair price comparable to other sellers of same model.

Fabulous service. During a very stressful situation (Covid19) Michael went above and beyond to get our delivery to us and when our item was damaged in transit Michael got a replacement sent to us the very next day. I can not recommend this company highly enough. I will use again at every opportunity.

121 Furniture have been great. Their communication, whilst answering my queries over a product (Office chair) were answered promptly.
I researched a lot prior to purchasing due to the amount of choice, however the chair we wanted was priced competitively and had free delivery. Which they confirmed that they were still hitting their order processing timescales during the pandemic. Fast forward exactly 24hrs from receiving the confirmation email for the purchase and the TNT driver was knocking at my door. Fantastic service, super fast delivery and the chair is absolutely superb. Do not hesitate drop Michael, Stephen and the team at 121 Furniture an email, even if price is higher it’ll be worth it. Great Service from before purchase, through to order, taking delivery, even asked for a cheeky discount which I’m donating to a local charity as I wasn’t expecting them to say yes.. they did. I ordered 3 pieces of furniture on Thursday 20th April - There was a mistake on my address, so someone from the company called to check some details, I thought that was really good service. Our furniture was here by lunch time on Friday 1st May, this was not paid any extra for, and considering whats going on at the moment, we weren't expecting it for a couple of weeks or so. The quality of the furniture is amazing, I'm so pleased also 121 home furniture is the cheapest stockist of items we bought. would definitely recommend!

Drawers arrived cracked in 2 places, thats not what my biggest problem was, it was the way this seller handled the problem.
Passed the buck to the manufacturer and had very poor communication with me. Ignored some emails, ignored my voicemail. Eventually manufacturer picked item up (31st Oct), iv had to chase for my £275 refund from 1 2 1 and its (4th Nov) terrible customer experience didnt pick up the phone once to me to apologise for inconvenience or anything. Was a disaster from start to finish due to this seller who has no care for customer whatsoever. Ordered 3rd Oct and as of 4th Nov I have no bedroom drawers and £275 out of pocket. I had to open a paypal case and suggest nobody buy from here, if you do then use paypal so as you have some form of protection

Excellent products and customer service. I would highly recommend. I bought 3 leather bar stools. They arrived promptly and in immaculate condition. I received excellent communication prior to buying as i had a few questions.

I have just taken delivery of a replacement Goliath office chair base. 6 months out of warranty there were no questions asked about the breaking chair leg. A new one, with new casters, was delivered 25 hours after I first made contact.

I am having difficulty coming to terms with the service level.

5 stars be damned - this is 5 plus however many zeros you want to add.

I am stunned by this; that in this day and age where from personal experience of a part failing on a car that was 1 and a half hours outside the warranty time limit and the company would offer nothing but a flat refusal to even consider the issue.

To receive your level of service is nothing short of brilliant, exemplary, gratifying or any other congratulatory adjective you wish to use.

I recently bought a Julian Bowen car bed for my son, looked around and 1-2-1 Home Furniture looked to be the most competitively priced. I am always a bit apprehensive when buying online for larger purchases and to be honest I never heard of the company before my search. I decided to give them a call before hand and the advisor Steve was really helpful and confirmed there was stock with the manufacturer. Ordered online about 15 minutes later, confirmation email with clear details arrived by the end of the day. Had an email 2 days later from the manufacturer stating a delivery date had been scheduled for the Monday. You have to confirm which I did. As stated delivery came on Monday at 3.30. Ordered Tuesday, came 6 days later on the Money - everything was as expected. I will definitely use 1-2-1 home furniture again for future purchases, highly recommended.

Recently ordered a coffee table and tv unit from 121. Service was second to none, products dispatched quickly from the manufacturer and of top quality. The team at 121 went out their way to help and communication has been great, highly recommend and would use again.
