I cannot fault my experience with this company. I asked for fabric samples to help me decide the colour and texture they were sent and received within a few days. I did ask for a few as difficult when you purchase online. I decided on Silver Grey Linen Effect Moseley Dining Chairs. I did shop around for the best price and 121 Home Furniture offer could not be beaten. The chairs were on back order and expected delivery date given. The chairs arrived on time and I am absolutely thrilled with them well worth the wait. All my emails replied to promptly. One of the best online purchase experiences I have had.

I discovered 121 Home Furniture when searching for Concord Turntable units on a high-street store's website. 121 Home Furniture had a more suitable colour option and was even more affordable. While initially doubtful due to being unfamiliar with the brand, the service I've experienced with this order has erased any hesitations.

I placed the order around 3PM on a Tuesday, and by 9AM on Thursday, the units were delivered securely by a reliable courier with no packaging damage.

Upon assembling the units, I did notice minor marks on the corner of some pieces, but fortunately, these blemishes were easy to conceal. The units are well made and they serve their intended purpose perfectly.

Ordered on the Monday delivered on the Wednesday. Great service. Quality of the dining chairs is excellent. Very easy to assemble. Bought 2 grey and 2 mustard and got an additional discount for the bundle. Would highly recommend.

I spent many weeks looking for a sofa bed for our caravan.
I spotted the Felix velvet sofa bed almost straight away, however I am always very dubious about ordering from a company I have not dealt with or heard of before.
I always read the on line reviews on the website,but I also look on trustpilot and although you cannot please everyone, overall their reviews were great .
I am also a fan of customer service and I had a couple of questions to ask before I purchased my sofa .
The response to both my emails were almost immediate and they gave me the answers I needed .
Delivery was exactly what was predicted and I was kept informed by the courrier prior to delivery .
121 ask to inspect items within two days of receipt.
Everything is well explained,I am delighted with my sofa bed and pleased I used this company.

Excellent service was apprehensive ordering online having been let down by another company going out of business - spoke to Michael who explained delivery times etc chairs arrived quickly as promised unfortunately one had to be returned as damaged on receipt this issue was dealt with promptly love the

The ordering process was really easy with confirmation email received quickly. I asked to delay the delivery as I was away on holiday and thought it would arrive soon after we returned, when it wasnt I emailed customer services who responded immediately, chased the supplier and then confirmed the delivery tracking info and the order was with me within days. Quick and efficent service with a friendly human being not a chatbot

I bought a home office chair from 121officefurniture.co.uk that arrived today 04/05/2023. I assembled it and it is fantastic. My old computer chair is well over ten years old and it is exactly the same chair, although the new chair is quite a bit cheaper. Many thanks 121 for a job well done, Colin S.

Ordered 6 chairs on a Saturday. Delivery arrived on the following Tuesday. Very impressed with the quick service. Chairs are lovely and all in very good condition. Totally recommend.

Overall a very poor experience
I ordered the ‘Hong Kong tall drawer unit’ from them because they stated 3-10 days delivery, so I assumed it would be within the 10 days - however it was 3 weeks before the item arrived and when it did it was faulty.
I reported it faulty and the after sales was lack lustre to say the least - simply forwarding on the suppliers emails and acting as the silent ‘middle man’.
When the replacement item eventually arrived it was scuffed quite badly due to its poor packaging - but as I’d waited nearly 6 weeks for the item I asked them if they had any advise on the scuffs so I could keep this and I got another ‘supplier’ email forwarded on….no added value from 121 or goodwill gesture towards the sub-standard product and all the hassle involved.

Ordering online was easy. Good communication throughout the process, with regular emails and updates. I had two separate concerns which Steven dealt with extremely swiftly on both occasions. I would highly recommend this company, and will definitely use them again. Thank you.

Purchased 2 items from 121 Home Furniture. Very quick delivery, with great competitive prices. 1 item was damaged, with a request for a part to be replaced by the supplier. Michael was fantastic in getting this sorted and replaced directly with the supplier, with constant communication on the process. Couldn’t recommend the company enough and will definitely be using again

I cannot thank this company enough after a really bad experience. I spoke to them on the phone which is great in itself. Got the reassurance l needed and 14 day stock expected. Was instock in 11 days and all completed within 14. The price was exceptionally competitive. A company you can trust and rely on with excellent communication. Thankyou Michael and Steven.
