Great experience and support in writing a will
It was great to have this really important discussion in the comfort of my own home. It felt relaxed. The person who came to give advice, did just that. He listened to what we wanted to do and helped us find the best solution. It cost more money but to be fair we didn't just end up writing a will and have peace of mind our family would be looked after in the event of our death. I would recommend using this company's services to my other friends and relatives.

My mother and I did mirror wills
My mother and I did mirror wills. We choose the package that could be changed at anytime updated when people had moved all at no extra cost. When my mother died I got an easy to follow list of what was in her account what had to be paid back etc. I was dreading probate but again it arrived with a list of paperwork completed from the information I had previously provided. I just had to check the information was correct and sign When I got to probate from I was dreading but it was all completed for me from previous information I had provided. The hardest part was finding a cheque book to pay probate. When I call for advice they have been extremely kind and helped me understand things. I felt they held my hand through the process. I can’t recommend the company enough. I rate them 10 star
I said a simple thank you to the lady helping probate and it made her day. I was frightened of my ability to do this but they did the hard work for me. Definitely took so much stress and worry at a time I was grieving. Thank you so much. And I highly recommend there services to anyone. I’m going to make sure I do power of attorney for my son I didn’t realise how important this document was for both health and finances. All I can say is is thank you for making the worse time of your life easier to deal with removing the stress I definitely felt I had angels helping me through this time.

Excellent service
Firstly, the initial phone contact was an easy and pleasant experience. Very polite and informative representative which was followed by a mailed information pack and confirmation of the appointment made.
Stuart, the representative was spot on time, very polite and spoke plain English which was easy to understand.
It was quite an eye opener on how different it was dealing with a Will specialist as a posed to a solicitor, which we had done years before.
I am not in anyway linked or knew about WSL before but our previous Will was all very strait laced, compared to speaking to someone over a cup of tea in your own home.

Don’t put off writing your will.…
What made our experience so positive was the fact it was a home visit and the lawyer who helped us was sensitive to our circumstances. Mr Man was obviously very experienced & explained the laws in layman’s terms.
Thus making the whole process & outcome a happy one.

Go somewhere else
It is over three years since my mother, whose estate was very straightforward, died. WSL's appointed solicitor accepted the findings of a formal complaints process getting on for a year ago - but have just made further errors and it is not settled. My mum would have been utterly devastated
