First class service with an informal and relaxing approach
The representative who called was really helpful and explained in plain English .I had a requested for my will to be drafted and that was what was dealt with .Other services were mentioned however there was no hard sell and it has been left with me to make further enquires at an appropriate moment in time of my choosing .This is clearly an emotional matter and a very important decision ,I felt very at ease and able to discuss various issues and concerns whilst the representative was at my home .I would recommend your services to others based on my own experiences

Extremely disappointed
I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from WSL. We had an appointment scheduled with a solicitor to come to our home and explain the process, but they didn’t show up, and we received no call or email to inform us. I had to reach out myself to ask what happened and to express our frustration.
Two days later, I spoke with Thomas, who apologized for the missed appointment and offered a gift voucher as compensation. However, three weeks have passed, and we still haven’t received the voucher. No one has responded to my follow-up emails asking about its status.
It seems that now that they have my payment for the will, they’re no longer interested in keeping their promises and providing service. Had I known this beforehand, I would have chosen another company. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied.

I spent one thousand pounds setting up…
My issue was resolved upon submitting a poor review on trust pilot. Head of customer service called me to apologise that it took just over a week to answer my original email. I am now satisfied however, it’s a shame it takes this type of escalation to receive the service I paid for.

Thank you for your 5* review! Many clients feel the same and often tell us they don't know why they out it off for so long! We're delighted that you did eventually get it all sorted out and honoured to have been able to assist you in doing so.
Asked for a simple husband and wife…
Asked for a simple husband and wife will leaving all to the other in the event of first death......the survivor being the sole executor.
Then on the second death....all to be left to our two children...as the then nominated executors.
Simples...
Then subject to pressure to consider probate nomination and WSL probate services at some cost...
Then received a call about the same before we received any will.
Waited for ages.......
Then received a will nominating the surviving spouse and BOTH children as all the executors on first death...!!??
Not what was requested..
And surely not standard best practice...as they state.
