Unfortunately, I didn't remember the name of the WSJ wine agent who helped me when I called, but she was extremely friendly and helpful. She sincerely apologized for the damage in transportation and took care of the unfortunate issue that happened.

I am learning how the system is working. I only order single bottles, but there always showing 12 at at time. But I figured it out finally. They should maybe explain it better if you only want one bottle out of different brands.

I have experienced some very interesting reds which i received as a gift. 16 bottles from everywhere plus stemless glassware which is quite great! My only concern was reordering for myself and a gift and received double of reds in a box of twelve. So a bit disappointed that there were not more varieties…..any i have tried are quite nice though….
