Transaction is not finished, but I got the wine quickly. I made the order from a promotion which WSJ wine
sent me in the mail. "the spring welcome-back deal" which offered a free 1.5 liter box with two free glasses, 10 bottles of wine from around the world, and free delivery if ordered by May 15. I tried to order online, but I was unable to do so. I ended up having to call to place the order. I was frustrated, and was going to cancel the order because the terms were not the same as the one my promo card. But the customer service person agreed to take $30 off my order to get the free delivery so I'm waiting for that credit, and the order came without the 1.5 liter box and a substitution was made for 1 bottle of wine. This is not the first time I got something in the mail and was unable to get the same deal when I placed the order.

Had to wait at home all day Monday and half of Tuesday to accept my wine delivery. FedEx did not deliver on the date they chose.

The April promotion required a purchase of $299 or more before tax and shipping are added to receive the $50 egift card. Your order did not meet this threshold and did not qualify. Wine was not delivered for 2 days as I stayed home waiting. After I called, they guaranteed the wine will be delivered the next day but again it never came. This is very bad service and not a way to treat customers. No one seemed to care.

We can confirm that we have escalated the matter with the delivery carrier in order to avoid experiences like yours in the future. It looks like your order was delivered on Monday as FedEx does not presently offer Sunday delivery for FedEx Ground shipments to residential addresses in your area.

I got the good wines I ordered and the wines I've tried so far were on point.
The only bad experience was for the second time was signing for the FedEx delivery it was HORRIBLE ! !!
