I like the gloves. I think the finger material could be thicker and then it might not squeeze up in the middle where the digits meet the hand

I take a lot of Pilates and Yoga classes and my wrists have been tender for many years. I am 59 years old and don't plan on stopping my classes anytime soon. I knew I had to do something to help my wrists so that my planks and down dogs did not have to forever be on my forearms. I found WAGS and decided to give them a try. 2 weeks later, I am very pleased with them. I am able to spend longer periods of time in wrist weight bearing positions. The gloves are very comfortable to wear. The first few days, my wrists were very sore, but I think it was because I was spending so much more time on them. But now after 2 weeks, I am able to bear weight on my wrists for longer periods of time, and my wrists feel good. No pain. I still need to limit my time being in wrist weight bearing positions but things have definitely improved and I hope that I can work up to full usage. Thank you for your great product. I would recommend WAGS.

These gloves really protect my arthritic hands when I work out.

The palm protection on these is a little light and seems to be lower on my palm than where I would like it to be. However, I use these more for cross training than yoga, so I may just be using them for the wrong application. Next time I would purchase the weight lifting version for my needs, but avoided them because of the wrist wrap. I prefer to use separate wrist wraps so that I don't have big bulky gloves when the wraps are unnecessary. Overall, the 3 stars is not really a critique of the gloves themselves, but may be more of a critique of my choice.

Great gloves for boot camp style workouts AND yoga! Helped immensely with my wrist pain.

These gloves are great. I have arthritis in my wrists so it's uncomfortable to do down dogs and planks in yoga. These gloves take some of the pressure off. I just wish the seams between the fingers wouldn't cut in. It's not much but enough to be uncomfortable. I've told many of my yoga participants about these.

The WAGs are great for my weight training as well as pilates. because the gel is placed perfectly in the glove. Plus they are durable, cute!

Love WAGS...I have 2 sets and use them for weight training and pilates. They give me a better grip and save on my hands.

These gloves are the best!
I bought the ones without wrist support and with the gel in the palm.
The gel in the palm is great. If you have arthritis these are a must not only for lifting weights but grocery shopping, driving, Yoga poses, and I confess sometimes I even sleep with them on for relief.
I only wish I would have known about them sooner.
My only suggestion to the company is to make them in different fashion colors/patterns-possibly leopard with black/brown would be fashionable as well as practical and other colors. Yes, black is great but if your wearing them with outfits a little fashion goes a long way.

I love Wags. When I ordered I should have remeasured. I had always ordered Mediums but your latest design seems to be too roomy for me. I thought they might change after I wash so I didn't return. But thinking when you change styles, you should really encourage folks to re-measure

I have arthritis in both hands and began yoga four years past. It has always been painful to do some of the poses, pressing on center of palms. I continue anyway as Yoga has been truly beneficial to my overall fitness. I was successful in choosing the correct size for my hands. This is obviously of utmost importance I can tell now that I use the gloves.

These are a must for people who have any hand injury, need to do a work out or anything that requires hand usage and weight. Have already shared your site with my trainer. Can’t say enough good, I can lift heavy in a training session and take these off and have no pain whatsoever. I have Dupuytren syndrome in both hands.

I have been having ongoing wrist flexion issues compounded with the niggling beginnings of some carpal tunnel symptoms. I have found the WAGs gloves to be a tremendous support that has removed a lot of discomfort attributed to my Pilates workouts. Thanks to this product, I can continue with my pilates workouts without having wrist pain during and after.

I love my gloves!!!! I was not able to go to the gym and workout without experiencing tremendous pain in both of my hands; cmc joints. With my new gloves, i am able to lift some weights and use my TRX!

These gloves are perfect for yoga or workout after wrist surgery.

My yoga practice had fallen into the shadows for several years and had been replaced with QiGong, primarily a standing or sitting modality. At 73 years of age I was drawn back to yoga but after the first class my wrists were in shock! Fortunately the next day I had an Osteopathic doctor appointment and she sent me the link to your site. Two weeks later I returned to the yoga class, with gloves, enjoyed every minute of it and had no issue with my wrists the following day. Also, the teacher and other students were impressed and will be new customers. I also am doing the wrist strengthening exercises sent by WAG and appreciate them. My wrists and I thank you!

Ordered gloves for my daughter as a gift. The wrong color arrived. I called and the customer service was excellent. I received the correct gloves priority mail in 2 days and a prepaid return label for the original gloves. When you receive courteous, fast service such as this, I always go back to purchase in the future. The gloves are quality gloves as well.

These help pad the palm of my hands, offer some support to my wrists and do not help with finger joint pain. These help arthritic hands/wrists with regard to exercise but do not completely support arthritic joints or negate pain.

I have had arthritis in my wrists and thumbs for 30+ years. With WAGS I am once again doing my Pilates and enjoying every minute of it! Love my WAGS!

I use the Ultra for TRX , planks and mountain biking and have just purchased a pair of PRO for pilates as they support my planks there as well as protect my joints in my hands and fingers when using straps on the reformer. Love them both!
