WIRED TUNES Anmeldelser

I would like to share my experience with Wired Tunes regarding the purchase of my Audeze LCD-5S.
This was not a simple, immediate purchase process, and it required patience and several exchanges. Throughout the entire journey, the Wired Tunes team remained extremely professional, responsive, and reassuring. Every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, with genuine attention and a real willingness to help.
What impressed me the most was their communication and commitment to customer service. Even during the waiting period, I always felt that my order was being followed seriously and that I could trust the team.
The LCD-5S finally arrived safely, perfectly packaged, and in excellent condition. The whole experience confirmed that Wired Tunes is a company that truly cares about its customers, not just about making a sale.
For anyone considering purchasing high-end audio equipment, I can confidently recommend Wired Tunes. Their professionalism, honesty, and dedication deserve recognition.
Thank you again to the entire Wired Tunes team for your excellent support and for making this experience a positive one.

Got good and friendly help on the page chat, delivery was smooth and painless.

At first I wasn't sure if the company could be legit for the low prices but after seeing other positive reviews I bought my RME interface from Wired Tunes instead of Bax or Thomann because the price difference was significant enough. The package arrived sooner than I had expected, even with international shipping. Customer service was also great - quick replies and very helpful, even though it was my mistake. I had bought it with VAT thinking I would get the vat back on my business tax return but hadn't realized for international purchases this would go through the VIES system. Wired Tunes was kind enough to give me a new invoice for my business and refund the vat.

The service and pricing was excellent - the only problem was delayed and unreliable delivery by DPD

Very Quick support
Amp received as described
Very smooth deal

Lowest price, fast delivery, reliable. There’s absolutely nothing to complain about.

Really happy with my experience with Wired Tunes. I managed to grab a Gallien-Krueger Neo IV 410 at a price that was honestly hard to beat.

Shipping was quick, everything arrived in perfect condition, no surprises. The communication with the team was also great — friendly, responsive, and easy to deal with.

All in all, super smooth experience. Would definitely order from them again.

Fast, reliable, competitive prices.

Very quick, friendly, and helpful communication. Shipping very fast.
Very low prices.

No issues whatsoever, bought a couple MTM mk2 and they arrived within a few days, good packaging, good delivery and follow-up information.

I bought a brand new synth GS Bree6 for a honest price and received the synth in perfect state within 2 days from Poland to the Netherlands.
