WPS Office Anmeldelser 

Using Free for the last 9 months, and all of a sudden it is requesting I pay 23 euros a month. I was mid-application for a job, and it will not let me save the application, and if I don't convert the PDF, it's looking for more money to upgrade to Pro.
Not happy!

Earlier in the year with no warning my FREE use of WPS changed to read only of my files demanding subscription.
On website says free use still available with limited facilities which appear to be read only. no saving of edited files.
Uninstalled and it was amazing the number of Kingsoft and WPS DATA files and storage space used and still existing even after uninstalling.
Suggest uninstalling with the option to delete data ticked. After doing this do a search for any remaining Kingsoft and WPS files to delete mainly stored in Appdata.
Then install LibreOffice or similar which is completely free, very good and feature rich. Some files e.g. .xlsx extension can be read but takes a long time to load so resave as .xls or .ods files. If you are using a lot of complex macrofunctions in .xlsx files yoi# may lose some of the macros but I don't appear to have lost any functionality.
Alternatively use web based Microsoft 365 Free Web Apps or Google Docs.
I will never use anything from Kingsoft / WPS again!

Very difficult to use – most of the time is spent setting up profiles and logins. I bought a 3-day pass, used it for 2 days, and was automatically charged for 3 months, even though I spent the whole evening messaging them to cancel my purchase. Do not buy this product!!!!!

It works, but it takes over your computer defaults. When you change them back, it takes them over again. This is unacceptable behavior, so I uninstalled it.

Cette entreprise ne respecte pas le droit de rétractation légal en France pour les achats numérique en ligne. J'avais pris sur l'application la version d'essai premium 3j (payante !!) 1,99€ je crois et au bout de 3j je suis débité de 40,99€.

J'ouvre un litige sur PayPal, le vendeur ne répond pas, je les contacte par mail. Ils font semblant de ne pas comprendre et quand je commence à sortir l'article de loi française ils repondent par mail que dans leurs conditions de ventes ils ne remboursent pas parce que l'abonnement premium a débuté donc je l'ai utilisé (ce qui est faux il a débuté mais je l'ai pas utilisé) donc ils refusent de rembourser.

Après 7/8 jours j'ouvre une réclamation sur PayPal qui n'aboutit pas sans me donner d'explication donc je contacte le service client qui me dit "on est pas concerné par le droit de rétractation" et coupe net la conversation !

Bref, FUYEZ WPS OFFICE

I purchased a monthly subscription, but only two days later WPS Office attempted to charge me for an annual subscription. I did not subscribe to the annual plan and did not expect such a charge. I had to cancel the subscription immediately to avoid further billing. This experience significantly reduced my trust in the service. I cannot recommend it.

Advertises themselves as a FREE office suite, but once installed, demands money for anything you want to do with it. Also spams you with adverts. BEWARE.

Somebody shared a file with me via this and I can't even download it without installing the software. Virus.

The company double charges on packages with additional hefty International transaction fees without your knowledge. Besides, they deny to pay back any refund which they have double charged. One of the most horrible financial experiences of my life with software subscriptions. I was recently charged $169 for the WPS AI license which I did not purchase along with an international transaction of $6, while all I had only requested to purchase was the $64 WPS Pro. Upon raising the refund question, they have denied to pay back the refund, charged twice and have no human on the other side to communicate to.

How many times you gonna charge me scammers?! the lack of logic is concerning with this company.. seems really fraudulent and operates from Singapore with there poor designed website that looked like a middle schooler created it..

trying to get a .pdf off my phone what terrible experience, WPS cant just give you the .pdf you have to install the software ...which keeps trying to connect to the internet in the back ground all the time, who every wrote this software has malicious intentions, WPS is just on the border-line of legit and fake, don't install

BEWRE - Scam artists! Had a free subscription and ordered a 3 month plan. I got charged $139.99 (yearly plan) plus another $26.99..neither which were authorized. They would not refund me the money back and would not tell why I had two charges. They totally ignored me after telling me it was and auto renewal which it wasn't becuase I did not give them my credit card information at time of free download. All my credit card company did was give me points to cover the $139.99. Unbelievable that they are getting away with robbing people and the credit card companies are doing nothing about it!

A 3-month subscription of WPS Pro was paid in April 2026 (end 27 July). In mid-June I was debited $29.99 credit-card payment by WPS, without invoice, for unknown service. When challenged, WPS agreed to refund the payment without explanation for the debit, stating that my service would continue until 27 July. Subsequently I found the three-month service cancelled. WPS fudged its explanation and refused to restore the service.

I had a very disappointing experience with Anydoc Translator (part of WPS Office).

I purchased a Premium subscription, but none of the advertised Premium benefits were activated on my account. Despite paying for the service, I was effectively left using the free version.

I made repeated attempts to resolve the issue through every support channel I could find, including email, live chat, and the official Discord server. Unfortunately, I either received no response or no meaningful assistance, and my issue remained unresolved.

What was especially frustrating was that when I posted a public comment asking who I should contact to receive the Premium benefits I had paid for, the comment was quickly deleted instead of being answered. That gave the impression that legitimate customer support questions were being removed rather than addressed.

Overall, I paid for a Premium subscription but received none of the Premium features and was unable to obtain any effective customer support despite multiple attempts. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding Anydoc and its overall WPS product, as a quick google shows it's heavily controversial and even described as malware.

Unexpected charges and I need a refund thank you

Awful awful awful! I signed up with a now deleted email account for a free trial which I know I canceled, I no longer have access to the email or the account. I tried emailing but they keep meeting me with the same emails repeatedly despite me providing evidence they charged me twice within 6 months, both at £41.92 for a year long trial and did it again which is ridiculous. Pls never use their services they're scamming and disgusting and genuinely this has pissed me off
