Definitely SCAMMERS, I subscribed for WPS PRO, and my debit card wasn't even saved in the account after 3 days,somehow, they managed to charge me 424.52 SAR. Please don't trust it!!!!! I came to xheck here and just as I thought found alot of people who experienced the same scam.

I subscribed and unsubscribed on that very same day, but they charged me for 1 year the same day I subscribed!!! I emailed but no answers!!! I need my money back!

This company is a SCAM!

I signed up for a 3‑day free trial just to edit a document today. I even cancelled the trial IMMEDIATELY, but they still charged me over Php 4,000, claiming I had subscribed to two different plans. What kind of trickery is that?

They lure you in with the promise of a free trial, showing $0.00 at checkout, and claim you’ll only be charged if you don’t cancel before the trial ends.

THAT'S A LIE. Instead, they hit you with charges right away and send a fake receipt as if you willingly subscribed.

And when you reach out for help? Forget it. They don’t even have a phone number. Their “support” is just automated responses telling you they won’t issue a refund.

This isn’t just bad business, it’s FRAUD. It’s THEFT in broad daylight!

They charged my credit card without prior authorization and I've sent 3 emails to be refunded with no response!

I subscribed to Kingsoft Corporation WPS software and 7 days prior to the renewal charge date emailed them notice that I did not wish to continue . They ignored this and charged me for the renewal and have refused to provide a refund. I would recommend that potential users consider carefully whether to deal with this company in the light of this poor experience

Subscibed for WPS PRO just so save edited PDF file, paid 22 euros just to do that, thats okay. After 3 days they automatically charged 20 euros extra for AI plan, what I did not choose, I did not mark anywhere that I even want this AI plan and did not save any bank details, so seems like they collect all information even if you don't want to.
Support just gave a link to theirs privacy policy refund policy and says sorry, no refunds. Good legit scam company.

Its more of a document box, where you can create a document , edit it, and even present from a phone. This comes handy to students who don't have a laptop but need to create documents sooner. It has come has been my go to Personal computer while at campus

I was charged twice for my WPS Office subscription (€20 on Feb 4 and €59.99 on Feb 7) due to automatic renewals that I forgot to cancel. I contacted support immediately and sent multiple messages over the past two weeks, but I have received no response at all.

I cancelled auto-renewal and provided proof of payment, but my refund request has been completely ignored. I have not used the renewed subscription and only asked for help resolving what was clearly an accidental charge.

I’m disappointed by the lack of customer support and communication. I hope someone from the WPS team can finally respond and help resolve this issue.

Worked ok but the paywall kept popping up whenever you wanted to do something. No option to buy a permanent copy so i switched back to Microsoft office 2024 for 149 from office depot

Und man soll 79€ pro Jahr zahlen um PDF dateien zu bearbeiten und zu speichern? Warum ist sowas überhaupt legal.
Einfach nicht downloaden, es gibt sehr viele alternativen.

Avoid at all costs, they are thieves who duplicate charges for orders and auto sub you to additional paid services without consent. One email address for contact only (which they call "feedback" as no direct contact available) and no response after 5 days, I had to contact my bank to contest all charges and block my card as the bank also confirmed they had stored my card details without my consent and kept trying to put charges through. Their cancel sub options also lists several scam reasons as reasons to leave like "I have a duplicate order with you, I did not authorise this payment etc.." which is very telling of their user experience. I emailed them three times explaining I had reported them to the bank for fraud trying to get my money back but five days later not a single email of acknowledgment from them. Absolute thieves and down £100 now thanks to them so please avoid at all costs if you can.

Troublesome uninstall changed all Office icons to blank squares.

Very worst of Nightmareware. Yes it is easy to use, create, format a document but as soon as you try to save it insists you sign up your credit card to the most expensive AI plan. More expensive than MS Office. Despite what the website says there is no 'Free' plan, there is no standard plan and there is no Pro plan. Currently it is the AI plan or nothing. Advertising isn't just irritating it actually prevents saving of your work until you agree. Even if you are prepared to pay the subscription I would recommend avoiding at all costs because who knows what surprise will be next?

I installed their office onto my laptop as part of a task in an offerwall. Not only that, but opened an account via Google. I screenshot the landing page as proof, with my initials displayed showing I had an account. They did not pay me, but rejected it by using a postback method.
The postback wouldn't have worked because I disconnected my account after not being paid. The screenshot displaying I installed WPS Office and had an account is indisputable proof.
I've now uninstalled it.

És lo peor que me he encontrado en mi vida, y mira que he llegado a ver roña en mi ordenador, pero esto le da muchas vueltas a cualquier otra cosa. Le he cogido más asco a esta WPS Office que a mi suegra desde el dia que se me descargó por arte de magia (como dicen otros comentarios, los que pongan 5 estrellas son bots o gente que debe tener algún problema bastante importante). Estoy cabreadisimo, he perdido documentos porque se han transformado en este formato asqueroso, y no és solo que ponga pegas y spam de pagar y contratar más estafa cada vez que abres CUALQUIER documento WPS Office, sinó que el servicio és una porquería. Va más lento, menos opciones, y encima cada vez que cierro un documento de texto importante con esta basura, al abrirlo están corruptos carácteres como la "ñ", símbolos como "%" o cualquier letra con accento.
Llevo un disgusto encima que si por mí fuera desintegraría la existencia de esto lo antes posible, y de cualquier documento relacionado con ello. Odio WPS Office, creo que ha sido la peor experiencia de mi vida, encima ya le cogí asco desde un principio porque se me metió sin permiso a molestar en mi ordenador y luego me ha dado problemas para quitarlo por mis archivos. No lo descargueis, os vais a arrepentir.
