This product is very powerful but also complex and prone to strange outcomes. That is at least my experience as a user who does not use it on a regular basis. Thus I am eternally greatful for the quick and knowledgeable support all WPML supporters give. Recently I have been helped by Shekhar and Bobby.

In July, we will release WPML 5.0, with a completely new UI, new (and much simplified) translation process and other big usability improvements. Great tool & support
We have been using WPML for many years for our multilingual website and it has been a great experience working with the product and the team. The support system is great. The plugin is slightly technical to use sometimes but the support team help you out. So highly recommended for multilingual websites.

I’ve been using WPML for over 10 years now (I had the good idea of buying the LTD version when they offered it) on several WordPress sites, and I’m still very satisfied. The tool is powerful, and there are plenty of add-ons available to suit different needs. However, the introduction of new features has added a layer of complexity. But I imagine that making such a comprehensive tool compatible for all use cases is a difficult task. You can really tell that the developers have done everything they can to make the user experience both accessible and intuitive. But if you run into any issues, you can be sure that the support team has your back. Over 10 years of use, I’ve submitted about twenty support tickets, and all of them were resolved quickly. And that’s definitely worth highlighting.

In WPML 5.0, which is the next major release of WPML, we're completely redoing much of the UI and a lot of our website. The purpose is to make it much easier for you to find what you need in WPML and get your work done. I hope that you'll like these changes. A blog post about the beta version is coming out in a few days.

I requested support for a website issue that I thought was caused by WPML after updating WordPress to version 7.0. Paola assisted me, and she was very efficient and quick in analyzing the problem, proving that the site's slowness wasn't due to WPML but to the hosting. So, 5 stars for WPML and Paola. I had an issue with automatic translation in wpml due to a migration plugin. The support member, Andreas Walter, was very polite and found the issue that actually helped me to solve the problem.

This plugin feels archaic
This plugin feels archaic; it hasn't fundamentally changed since 2005 despite how much technology has evolved. The support is terrible, taking days to resolve essential issues that keep the site running. While it’s more expensive, Weglot is a far superior alternative
