Can't change menu items
Can't change menu items. Site saying it's a nonsafe site. Everything I look up to try and fix the issue doesn't work. I wish I would have created my website from scratch. It would have been much easier

Order out of chaos - Smart. Effective. Amazing.
First, let me say I never write reviews but my experience with ASTRA and Brainstorm Force exceeded any technical support experience I have had. I am not a professional and had been fighting with setting up my home page for 3 weeks...several iterations. When I turned to ASTRA to purchase a new theme out of desperation, that is when I encountered the technical support from Brainstorm Force. ASTRA has an incredible team with this support team. They even have a choice of how you want them to respond - normal or nerd speak. Their "normal speak" was just that. I could follow very easy instructions that allowed me to go step by step. I am sure their "nerd speak" hits the mark for professionals as well.
Every problem I submitted to them was answered promptly with effective help. I was ready to give up when they were able to create order out of the chaos I had created.
I cannot say enough about each person I encountered on their team. Smart. Polite. Effective. Professional. Do not hesitate to take the step to purchase themes from ASTRA because you get product and support from Brainstorm Force. I purchased the Business Magazine theme. It is awesome. Buy one just to see what customer service and technical support should be. It is the gold standard.

Great tech support
Great tech support. I couldn't get my plug-in to update after renewing my Astra theme. I couldn't figure out how to do certain tasks and after contacting the team, they helped me fix it. Saved me hours of freaking out when my site wouldn't work properly. Highly recommend Astra as a theme.

Quick and efficient!
I reached out for the customer service because of a problem that I couldn't fix. Not only their response was super quick, they fixed my problem with some custom code and followed up to make sure my problem was solved!

Astra is an excellent theme
Astra is an excellent theme for Wordpress that makes it easy to build a great looking website. And if you should need support - like I did today due to a glitch in the latest wp update - the support is excellent.
I highly recommend Astra for Wordpress with the Astra Pro plugin.

Astra is an amazing theme. I’ve tried out many other themes and eventually stayed with Astra and ended up purchasing the Pro version. Their support team is awesome and super responsive, within hours you will receive a helpful response and they follow up with you until the issue is resolved. Hats off to the team!
