I had an accident on April 8. I submitted my claim the 9th via docusign, and now at the portal it says I do not have any claims. What is going on?
I have re-sent the filled out form and would like follow up on this claim.

Zero stars
Zero stars. This is the worst user friendly site on earth. I’ve paid for a year of insurance, got no receipt, no paperwork or insurance certificates. I have to board a ship tomorrow, on Sunday, and cannot get an email through or a call back, so I literally have to buy insurance again at double the cost or lose my job. This is horrible.
