Made every excuse possible to deny claim
Bought a policy for my wife's trip March 13, 2026 to March 17, 2026 from Oklahoma City to Portland, Oregon with a connecting flight in Seattle, Washington. The flight from Seattle to Portland was canceled on the 13th. The next available flight was going to be on the 16th TWO DAYS LATER! Naturally, my wife purchased a bus ticket (Greyhound) from Seattle to Portland the morning of the 14th. Having the insurance from World Trips that COVERED alternate transportation claims, we submitted her bus ticket for reimbursement.After MULTIPLE attempts, excuses and delays, World Trips DENIED our claim?
Filing a complaint with the BBB and the Federal Trade Comission.

Wisdom and Competence …
The knowledge of the insurance agent was incredibly helpful. She broke down my options, discussed the pros and cons of policies available, and then made the purchase of the policies I chose both seamless and quick. Three cheers for Kym and a company who is clearly dedicated to having that quality service she can provide that is often missing today…..

Worst Insurance ever
Worst Insurance ever. I have had this insurance for a year and always paid on time my monthly payment.
The way they operate they will always reject any claims without exception saying they did not get enough information.
Then force you to appeal foe every single claim.
They also label everything as a pre existing condition. I had to go to the ER because I was in pain, how is that pre-existing condition?
Do not purchase, this is one of the worse insurance ever. They are part of United healthcare so that explained a lot.
