The representative was attentive and helpful with the situation I was and am still experiencing with the provider failing to file a claim when they should have. She escalated the matter on her end and I’m hopeful there will be a resolution now. Thank you.

Misleading information and fine print
I had a terrible experience with Atlas Health Insurance and would strongly caution anyone considering them.
Before purchasing the policy, I specifically asked whether I could cancel if my trip got canceled. I was clearly told yes, which gave me confidence to move forward. However, when my trip was in fact canceled and I tried to cancel/postpone the policy, I was suddenly told it was non-refundable and couldn’t even be postponed to match new travel dates.
This feels misleading at best. The information I was given upfront did not match what actually happened when I needed to use the policy terms. If something as straightforward as cancellation is handled this way, it seriously makes me question how they would respond in a real medical situation when it actually matters.
Very disappointing experience. I would not trust them again

It is easy to contact the company. I believe no need further documents to submit when claiming the insurance needed, you just submit the receipt and invoice from the Hospital.
Grateful for the quick and sincere response.
