Quick, Simple & Efficient

It was a great experience for me
It was a great experience for me. It was my first experience of winter and I had to be careful and dress appropriately for the weather. I gradually learned to enjoy the weather and go with the flow. I graduated to spring and saw the changes that spring brought. I emerged into summer and welcomed the sunshine as I prepared to leave and return to the tropics.

It's a useless insurance
It's a useless insurance. It comes secondary after your medical insurance at home in case of emergency. While medical team is nice and responsive, no one provides real help navigating your medical case - they just threaten not to cover the expenses you're supposed to cover out of pocket if they are not medically necessary. How am I supposed to take these decisions being nearly on life support? Moreover, all my particular requests whether a certain situation/procedure were covered were not answered/avoided. Moreover, I am not allowed by my doctor here to fly back home for several weeks following a medical emergency, and this company doesn't want to cover extended stay, even if it's medically necessary. Why would you need them then? There's absolutely no help/coordination from their site.
I used to buy travel medical insurance from these guys every time I traveled, but won't do that again.
Update: I intentionally did not publish my real name in this review, but WorldTrips used it in their public response. I find that inappropriate, retaliatory, and concerning from a privacy perspective.

Wanting travel insurance for medical emergency only
I was looking for emergency travel medical insurance only. World Trips offered a plan exactly suiting my needs at a very reasonable price. I liked that the coverage and deductibles were customizable. Hopefully I won't need to use this insurance but the company had good ratings overall so I am ready to travel!
