Bought the G-Explorer
Bought the G-Explorer, all terraine wheelchair. Price and service was good.delivery quite quick too. The chair is both taller and wider when folded, than I had realised. But the main wheels can detatch to give flexibility around this. The chair instruction book was in the bottom of the box, under the chair. I felt tye instructions lacked some detail regarding actual assembly. Search of YouTube came to the rescue again! Yer I recommend, it's a decent chair at a decent price, no doubt. But don't expect it to be too compact size wise. Check the dimensions for your own needs.

Please accept our sincere apologies that the instructions were difficult to find and lacked certain details for the assembly of your chair. Apologies as well for the inconvenience of searching instructions via YouTube. We will pass this feedback regarding documentation and the packaging process to the manufacturer straight away to try and amend this for future orders!

The G-Excel, now with go faster wheels!
The G-Excel turned up quickly as anticipated by paying for express delivery, and was securely packaged. It went together quickly and easily but one of the large rear tyres was flat. After inflating it twice, neither time holding the air for longer than 15 or 20 minutes, I decided to go to Halfords to get a new inner tube because my daughter needed the chair the next day and it would have taken longer to get it fixed by contacting the manufacturer. Apart from this, the chair is brilliant and easy to use and my daughter is very pleased. However, the flat tyre could have spoiled things for her.
Subsequent to this, World of Wheelchairs has been in touch and offered to reimburse the cost of replacing the inner tube which is very good of them but also that they will flag it up to the manufacturer for investigation. I have passed on some more info that may help. It is unusual that one tyre was fine and one was flat but in the end all was well. My daughter is very pleased with the chair....'it turns on a sixpence' - it is light and manouverable while still feeling reassuringly strong. It looks incredible too. Improved the rating due to great customer service!

Great company to deal with, their customer service and communication are excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again in the future. They went out of their way to accommodate an urgent delivery of a wheelchair that I needed so I can't thank them enough.

A Good Experience
I ordered knowing new stock was expected the following week. Expecting delays I was delighted to see that stock arrived exactly when they said it would and delivery was then very speedy. Goods all complete and now awaiting a test run!!

Problem Quickly Resolved - Excellent Service!
I had a slight issue with the panel on my new wheelchair so emailed the company with two images along with a description. The gentleman I dealt with was very prompt in replying and extremely helpful. He personally ensured my replacement was handled and overseen and that all of my other related needs were met. I am very pleased with my experience.
