Hello Kerri,
Thank you for your comments, I'm so sorry to read that you are unhappy with the cost to ship wallpaper from the UK to Australia. We make no profit from any shipping (wallpaper is heavy and bulky) and are happy for you to arrange your own shipping if you have access to better pricing than us.
If we can be of any more help please email us at info@worldofwallpaper.com or call us on 01628 763050.

Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. I cannot believe it took a full month just to receive a single wallpaper sample. To be clear, I only received confirmation that the sample had been dispatched after a month of waiting, and it then arrived within two days. So this was clearly not a Royal Mail issue, but a failure on the company's part to send the sample in a timely manner. At no point during that time did anyone contact me with an update.
If it takes them a month just to dispatch a sample, I dread to think how long I would have been waiting for the actual rolls of wallpaper. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company or order from them again. Frankly, a completely useless service.

Thank you for your comments, I'm so sorry to read that you have left us a 1 star service review and that you are not 100% happy.
The Royal Mail are usually very good so I'm sorry if they took longer than expected to deliver your samples.
I cannot see that you have contacted us prior to leaving this review, which I would always recommend as we are here to help. I have therefore asked a member of our Customer Service team to contact you today and resolve this.

Novice at hanging wallpaper
Novice at hanging wallpaper. The paper I chose had to be pasted before hanging this is not good for a novice. I tried and failed I tried again and again and failed I just could not get the paper to cut without tearing I was devastated. I loved the paper but I had to throw it in the bin. I wish I had have known more about the traditional type of wallpaper being difficult to manage as I would have bought a more manageable wallpaper.
