BEWARE
BEWARE
THIS COMPANY SUPPLIED US WITH WALLPAPER OF ABSOLUTELY APPALLING QUALITY AND SIMPLY NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.
AFTER CONTACTING THE COMPANY THEY REPLIED WITH AN E.MAIL FULL OF COMPLETE NONSENSE INCLUDING, " WHAT PASTE DID WE USE"???
THEY THEN TOLD US THAT WE HAD TO PAY TO RETURN THE ITEMS.
A REAL JOKE, PLEASE DONT SAY I DIDNT WARN YOU NICE FOLKS
Look elsewhere there are plenty of decent companies out there.

Hello John,
I'm so sorry to read that you have left us a 1 star service review and that you are not 100% happy.
I can see that you have previously emailed us threatening a bad review, here is your email -
"Passed onto me to to let you know that the most negative reviews possible of both of your offerings and lack of any credible Customer Service are about to appear on right accross the Internet on every possible platform to warn potential customers that you should be avoided at all costs. I am very good at this!!! ‘’
We did reply asking what your issues were but didn't get a response from you.
We also note that 16 of your 23 Trustpilot reviews are negative and you appear to be trolling companies.
If we can be of any more help please email us at info@worldofwallpaper.com or call us on 01628 763050.
Delivery took longer than expected
Delivery took longer than expected, but that was the postal service, not this company. Wow did a great job sending out my sample quickly, the sample was lovely, but sadly it wasn’t what I was looking for, but I’ll be back soon to try again. However it was very good quality and I’d be happy to use this company again.

The wallpaper arrived much faster than expected and the wallpaper calculator was spot on. Paste-to-wall made the process really easy and the ‘how to’ section on the website was super-useful. Absolutely delighted with the results!
