Everyone in Workmotion is great at handling doubts in every process. They take the time to explain everything in detail and they also always ready to reply within a few minutes. During the 2 years that I used it as a platform, everything was always smooth.

Really like all the people that work at WorkMotion, the Customer Success team is always super helpful. Also, the platform is easy to understand, the workflow makes sense and it's extremely easy to book in another talent. One star off, because the invoices are often filled with surprises and while negotiating mistakes or clarifications, you get warnings because we haven't paid yet. Needs to be fixed!

Workmotion is the best EoR for ease of hiring global talent and support that I have used to date.

It is a very user-friendly platform. The process of onboarding a talent is straightforward and relatively easy. Initially, it may seem a little bit cumbersome, but it is very easy. The staff is very customer service oriented, and responses are quick and thorough. For salary adjustments, you want to make sure to give yourself some lead time because it has to be submitted as a contract change, which goes for review and then to the talent to sign. Overall, it is easy to use and the customer service is really good.

This review refers to my onboarding at my new role in a german company as a greek tax citizen. The communication with all people involved in my case has been excellent since everyone responded friendly, promptly and comprehensively to all my enquiries. The platform facilitates hugelythe whole process of onboarding as a tax citizen from a different country.
Only negative aspect, that my insurance and telephone contracts cannot be taken up and organized by the company.
Nevertheless, I would highly recomment the platform!

Workmotion is really friendly in onboarding process; the platform is easy to be managed, every section has a logic link with other one. Help customer service answers quickly and solve questions accuratly. The indetify process is fast and people has empaty.

We reached out to Workmotion to assist with onboarding international resources for our global team. Initially, I expected a self-serve platform that would require a significant investment of time and effort to navigate. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the personalized and welcoming experience provided. Workmotion assigned a dedicated Customer Success Manager who was always available for training sessions and to answer any questions. The platform itself is excellent for managing the ongoing onboarding process. I am really pleased with the service and will definitely use it again and recommend it to others!

I liked the overall Onboarding process. Workmotion did provide flexibility for companies to hire people across the globe. Especially this helped me in getting hired by an entity not in the home country. Onboarding process is so fast that contract has been signed within 2-3 days.
Workmotion platform provides important aspects of HR process such as Payslip and vacation management.

Work motions helpcenter is really helpfull, as we can ask anything to workmotion by raising a support ticket and usually the response is within hours from the support team.

I also like the Extra benifits Workmotion offers based on country specific needs, such as company health insurance.

Workmotion platform is exceptionally good but the one thing that could have been handled better is the flexibility of having nontaxable components more in the Salary structure. Currently there is only Fuel and driver allowance( tax emempt) which is very minimal per month.
