Super simple tool that allows remote workers to work from non-EU countries for EU employers

Very easy to use tool, great data accuracy and maintenance, good support. WorkMotion solves the complexities of global expansion by automating HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and compliance management. Its centralized platform reduces administrative burden, ensures compliance with local regulations, and enhances the employee experience through streamlined workflows.

My problem was resolved fast and efficient.

Onboarding was pretty easy and fast. The platform is easy to use and support people are very helpful.

It helps me a lot when I am pre-screening candidates or preparing offers and want to compare / ensure fair compensations packages.
It also ensures that we, as a company, remain compliant with compensation/tax systems across different countries.

The team is always available to answer questions and they are very quick. I particularly appreciated the first interactions where they explained the legal aspects without hiding any information, especially compared to other similar companies, WorkMotion seemed more knowledgeable, prepared, and transparent.

As an employee hired through WorkMotion from my company, the experience has been really smooth. They are quick to answer and always provide support along the way. The only con is that sometimes you need to report certain things like sick leave and holidays to both WorkMotion and your regular employer but it's not a bother.

We entrust WorkMotion with the compliance for our EOR solution. There was at no time a doubt, that they are super competent delivering this to us.

In general a very good tool and service but it needs improvement in some areas. But they are heading in the right direction and are always open for feedback!

Nevertheless some administrational parts are still improve. Invoices, some country specific time-tracking rules and vacation day policies but also some minor admin steps.

Great platform for sure, great product, but most of all super responsive and helpful support team. 5 stars experience so far. Businesses should make a case of how to do customer support based on how they do it, no joke.
