I wanted to share my experience regarding a recent application I submitted on this platform. I came across the Content Moderation Specialist position and applied, confident that my three years of experience in content moderation and four years as a Quality Assurance Analyst in content moderation would set me apart. My expertise in reviewing content, identifying issues, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance aligns well with the role’s requirements.
However, despite my qualifications, my application was rejected without any explanation or attempt to connect with me. It’s disappointing to be dismissed without an opportunity to showcase my skills and experience.
This experience has been frustrating, but it serves as a reminder never judge a book by its cover. But this website judge the book already without even tryin to connect .I hope companies take the time to assess candidates fairly and provide constructive feedback in the future.

I’ve personally been in that position many times before, and it’s never easy. While we are sometimes limited in the level of feedback we can provide — often due to client preferences or specific criteria set by them — we recognize that this shouldn’t leave you feeling unheard or unappreciated. That’s on us, and we should have communicated better.
