The service was prompt and professional. I received a detailed follow up report which explained everything I needed.

The whole process was well managed, from initial contact with Woodward Chartered Surveyors (who came recommended by an architect) through to completion of the survey report and follow up telephone convesation to clarify some matters. The Level 3 building survey was conducted quickly and efficiently and communication as to the process and progress was very good. The only downside was the decline of any Title Deed documents by the administration staff which gave details that might have helped avoid some of the questions raised in the survey report. As is typical with RICS template based surveys, a lot of specific items are left for the consumer to have further detailed investigations to be carried out, at further cost, following them being noted in the survey.

My experience of my dealings with your company has been excellent in every respect and I could not have wished for any more. If I hear of anyone needing a surveyor, I will definitely recommend you.
