Great product easy to install
Great product easy to install, we mounted a tv cutting a channel in the felt to hide horizontal cables and ordered the cable tidy for vertical ones, used a mounting clip from Amazon to position a virgin media tv box above the tv, very pleased with end result! Arrived very quickly.

The quality of the panels is fantastic
The quality of the panels is fantastic. Thick backing to dampen sound - big thumbs up. The only reason I'm hesitating giving the full 5-stars is the light strips. I've got a whole bunch of the light strips and although they're really easy to install and get up and running, they've got a habit of 'peeling' out of the panel at the top.

Regarding the LED strips. Inside the LED packaging you should find small plastic clips, which are designed to secure the LED strips into the grooves. Fitting these clips along the channel will hold the strip tightly in place and prevent it from peeling out at the top.

The panels are amazing & customer service is 10/10
The products are amazing and have transformed my space. However, the customer service is incredible.
There was an issue with the delivery driver. He let the panels get wet in his van.
I called Woodupp and they arranged a collection and replacement delivery with a new driver straight away.
Best experience I’ve ever had.

Awful return policy with no…
Awful return policy with no flexibility, if some of the parts you order can’t be fitted by the time you finish the project the company won’t accept them back, even if they are unused and unopened
I ordered something over the holiday season around November for personal reasons we started the project only after the Christmas break , we had unopened goods which are still being sold on the website and we requested the company consideration given its still sold on their website and the timeline circumstances. All we got is “computer says no” you are out of your return window, although we tried a couple of times to explain.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear you’re disappointed with our returns decision.
Our terms and conditions are clearly shown on our website and during the checkout process, where customers are asked to confirm they have read and agreed to them before placing the order. While we always try to be as accommodating as possible, we do have a defined returns window rather than an open-ended policy, as this is necessary for us to manage stock levels and stock availability fairly for all customers.
In this case, the return was requested almost three months after the original purchase, which falls well outside of the stated returns period. Unfortunately, we’re therefore unable to accept the items back.
We do genuinely try to help wherever we reasonably can.

As soon as we became aware of the issue, we arranged for a replacement set of samples to be dispatched to you today. We have also reviewed the shipment with our courier partner and taken steps to help ensure the replacement reaches you successfully.
If the new samples do not arrive within the next couple of days, please contact us and we will organise delivery using an alternative courier.

Responsive and reliable
I found Woodupp to be professional and responsive. Delivery was very quick so don’t order until you need it! There was one item that was wrong and it was rectified immediately. We did use a carpenter to fit it as cutting it neatly would have been tricky for the layman especially the plug sockets holes!
We love the product too it looks fabulous. We were worried how the TV bracket would work but it’s fantastic and looks amazing.

You make a very helpful point about installation as well. While many customers do install the panels themselves, features such as plug sockets and detailed cuts can certainly be a bit more challenging, so using a carpenter is often a great option for achieving a neat finish.

As I type this, I'm looking at my wall using WoodUpp panels, shelves, hooks and light strip. From the packaging to the ease of installation to the ability to configure and reconfigure -- makes WoodUpp a joy with which to work.
My only complaint is sometimes the things that I want are out-of-stock so patience pays.

I have bought of these guys a few times now and have consistently had a great experience. Massive mistake recently bought off a competitor and massively regretted it. It was all down to adds and convenience. But still waiting for the product to turn up off the other company and just made me think of woodupp and why the hell I didn’t buy off these when the first few times was flawless! Next time I’ll be back to you without a doubt!

I like the products that are on the website and the samples that I received lots of information from them but the price is not that competitive with other brands within our retail stores so we may shop around for the best prices as looking to do a 6 meter run i’ve two walls in one room

We do appreciate your comments regarding price. Our products are often more expensive than some competitors, and this is because we place a strong focus on the quality and longevity of both our panels and our designs. We are the market leader in this style of panel product, and our systems and accessories are unique to us, allowing for a more complete and durable installation.
To ensure we can offer the highest standard of materials and finishes, there is an associated cost. As you’ve hopefully seen when comparing samples from other suppliers, there is a clear difference in the quality of our products, and this is why we are unable to match lower price points.
That said, we also have a number of panels that are priced similarly to many other brands, and we would be very happy to help guide you towards these options if helpful for your project.
We really appreciate you considering us for your 6-metre run and hope we can still be part of your plans.

From the point I placed my order, every detail was excellent.
I was kept up to date on my order, I even called a couple of times with various requests and the customer service was brilliant.
to finish it all off, the quality of the product is ten out of ten.

I recently purchased these lovely room…
I recently purchased these lovely room transforming English Oak panels for my Boot Room. When I telephoned for help checking the number of panels I would need the team were super helpful. I ordered on the Weds and they were delivered on the Friday. The instructions to help install these were very helpful whether you're going to use glue or nails. I had a query after my installation and once again the service was superb. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this company or their products. Thank you.

I have only orded two free samples for now but the service has been quick, great communication and totally free of charge. Will definitely be ordering a whole wall full and some of the LED lights too.
Nice little touch with 10% off first order, sadly only for 14 days and not sure I will be ordering by then, but will be definitely be ordering!
