Delivery date slipped by a week or two from the initial estimate, but installation team were great - very professional and friendly.

On time competent efficient and pleasant and cleaned up after them

Chairs arrived as promised & before Christmas.

Our table was delivered 1. Months late and our chairs were not delivered at all. They promised to send 10 light grey and 10 dark grey so we could pick the ones we preferred

They delivered 5 red and 5 blue 6 months after saying that when the ones we wanted arrived they would send the 10 and 10 when they have them in march 10 months after the original order

Nice people but over promise.

We bought a outdoor corner unit, table and 2 stools from Woodstock at an exhibition at the NEC in June this year. I paid for the items at the time and said that I had to complete the decking before I could take delivery which would be in September, it was slightly delayed and ended up being December. They arranged delivery and built the units up in double quick time, we are very happy with the items and would use them again.

What an excellent company, full of compassion,very amenable, eager to please. Will definitely be ordering again from them

Well delivery men fantastic salesman vaz fantastic major problem well 2! firstly, wrong table delivered, got a lot cheaper table than I paid for a lot smaller than kept trying to ring. The company. No reply made about 10 phone calls still no reply sent emails. Finally, someone did reply and said the table would be exchanged. there would be no problem what’s the date I still don’t know when my delivery will be

Having seen first this table at the Tatton Show, we couldn't resist it when we saw it again in Harrogate at the NSBRC exhibition. We were then going away for a month. But the team contacted us immediately on return and delivered it exactly on time. The guys were lovely, built the table and couldn't stop apologising about an indoor plant they had knocked over (clearly it was in the wrong place as my husband had done the same thing the day before!). Table and chairs exactly as we had seen at the shows and we are very pleased! Thoroughly recommend.
